Best location in the city, close to Dali museum, restaurants around, Publix near by and if you don’t want to use valley parking u will be able to find parking across the hotel for a whole night or just next to the hotel 2 h free

The hotel is okay, but it does not provide room service by default, it is only provided when it is called, and it does not give new bottled water after it is called. The hotel's buffet breakfast is relatively simple. It should be considered a slightly better American breakfast, which is much worse than the English or European breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes away from the sea. Parking is too expensive, 35 knives per night for valet parking, we walked to the public parking building two blocks away to park, it's okay, more than ten knives per night.

WORST EXPERIENSE EVER they charge 45 dolars for vallet parking yet park across the street at the threater for $10 i HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE IT sent to the cost service via email and they did not care, i was promised a garage and my prop was outside in the rain. NO TOWELS, all 3 ELEVATORS BROKEN, then i paid an extra night and they kicked me out of the room because it was11 and they couldnt find another reservation., i was across the street waiting to watch my daughter dance and they made me elave the presentation to find the reservation number becasue there was a mistake on their end, but i still missed my childs dance, that was the only reason i stayed with them, called costumer servise and they proceeded to give me a 50 dolar refund but please keep in mind there will be another 45 dolar vallet parking going to my account so their compasention was $5. I called several times, and they would create, case numbers and then cancel them no one, would call me back no one would reach out, called and spoke to the hotel asistant manager, (was NO HELP) his name was Alexaner W. (refused to give me his last name). he advised the general manager was out for 6 days to wait a week for a call back, this is outrageous, no one cares

By all means, don’t even think about coming here. We have four suites, and every single one of them is dirty—absolutely not clean. The elevators are a disaster. Only one works, and I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes just to go up or down. I’ve been reading old reviews, and I’m shocked to see so many people have been complaining about the elevators for months. The location is great, and the front desk girls are very sweet—they do their best to help. But don’t expect to find anyone from upper management to talk to or complain to. If you have asthma or any medical condition, I strongly advise against staying here. We booked the Pure Wellness Suites, which I assume are supposed to clean the air using some kind of device in the room. Honestly, it feels like they’re creating the virus and offering the cure at the same time. It’s confusing. Are we the virus and also the cure? I really don’t get the twist.

Where to start. The elevators are horrible out of 3 only 1 worked the majority of our time there, the refrigerator never got above 65 degrees, added charges and fees on everything. If you have an option stay anywhere else. This hotel was the worst experience.

I booked two rooms. One double, one king. Thet wouldnt let us in until 4 and they moved my rooms to 2 king suites. Acted like they were doing me a favor. Both rooms were right beside elevator. They said they were at capacity because of event so had to move us. No hot water. I went to front desk and on the way another person told me their shower didnt work at all. When I was at the desk another couple came to complain about shower. Maintenance came to room and said the knob has to be turned to 1:00.??? I had already taken ice cold shower with it turned all the way on which is how most showers work to get got water. If there is a teick to getting hot water, there should be directions lol. Only two elevators worked. Reading reviews and it seems this has been a problem for quite a while. Lines of people standing and waiting on elevators. All the time. Especially at checkout. I tried to take stairs down, get to bottom floor exit and theres a sign that says do not enter. Back up two floors and walked to next fire exit which comes out by the pool. This exit said staff only but Im not gonna lie I felt trapped and exited anyway. Toilet wouldnt flush. 45.00 parking. No ice machines. No coffee in lobby. The area is nice but if I return I definitely will not stay at this hotel. The staff was nice but the owners of this hotel need to seriously invest some money into upkeep or stop claiming Hilton name and stop charging Hilton prices.
