The breakfast is great, and the scenery is charming. I chose this hotel with my colleagues on a business trip, but the price is not cheap. Overall, I am very satisfied. I hope I can stay there again next time.

Not satisfied with the breakfast. There is no choice. It is fixed. I didn't eat enough. I drank a glass of champagne and was charged 890 rubles. The waiter didn't tell me that the charge was only charged after I finished drinking. I said the waiter didn't make it clear. I felt cheated. I didn't eat enough for breakfast.

The level of service does not reach the declared 5 stars. Every breakfast was an adventure with a minimum 1 hour wait. The hotel clearly needs to change its breakfast partner. It is worth noting that the last 2 breakfasts were complimentary to us with delivery to our room, but the level of service and shock seen at the first 2 breakfasts does not inspire any confidence in the future. It is worth noting the strange smell of the bed linen in the room. It smelled a little damp, and not like fresh laundry. Plus the constant noise from the drain in the shower, which sometimes caused awakening in the middle of the night. The overall impression remained blurred, although the hotel tried to correct the problems, but only after several long conversations with the reception.

Wonderful location. Modern hotel, good furniture, linen, wonderful mattress and pillows. The service is absolutely non-existent. I recommend not buying breakfast. A very long wait, more than 45 minutes, after repeated reminders the coffee was brought. The porridge that they waited for ended up being cold, which suggests that she simply waited a very long time for the waiters to bring it to the table. Room cleaning is excellent. There are stains on the floor in the toilet, the drain in the sink does not work. The bottom line is this: hotel managers have work to do. The hotel restaurant does not correspond to the status of the hotel. The food may be good, but the service is subpar. Happy New Year to everyone, and I really hope that my review will be read not only by potential guests, but also by the managers of this wonderful hotel; they will not just read it, but will also try to correct the situation with the service.

The location is in the center of the scenic area. The lobby is not big. Every waiter is very enthusiastic. They can speak English and occasionally a few words in Chinese. We booked a standard room, which is enough for 2 people. The bathroom is half the size of the room, with dry and wet separation. There are 4 free bottles of mineral water and snacks every day. The breakfast is a set meal, not a buffet. It is probably because there are fewer people in winter. It should be a buffet in summer. It is not recommended to order breakfast now. The menu is the same every day. There is a cash machine in the basement of the hotel, which is the only one in Russia that can use UnionPay cards to withdraw rubles.
