Hotel located far from the beaches and airport, the hotel staff do not care when you need breakfast ( look always busy) food not good they charge per order.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a callous and unprofessional “manager” named Joe, who was openly rude and snarky while speaking with another customer on the phone. At first, we assumed he was dealing with a difficult caller, but once off the phone, he continued the same behavior with us, laughing, refusing to introduce himself, and immediately informing us, “we have no clean rooms available,” without so much as a greeting or an offer to assist. Throughout the entire brief interaction, his attitude remained miserable and condescending. The interaction with Joe completely turned us off from the property. Combined with the hotel’s location in the middle of nowhere st pete, we decided to cancel our reservation entirely rather than support such a poorly managed establishment. Management should seriously reconsider who they allow to represent their brand. Joe is a terrible first impression and validates every poor review we unfortunately ignored. Avoid this hotel — not worth the experience.

Unfortunately, the room didn’t meet my expectations. The listing mentioned multiple beds and a king bed, but in reality, it only had a king, daybed and a trundle bed. It would be much better if the description accurately reflected the room’s setup. Additionally, including more photos would help manage expectations. Now I understand why there was only one photo of the room on Expedia—it’s misleading.

Wonderful staff. Super duper clean! Great breakfast. Possibly the nicest Holiday Inn I’ve ever seen. Pricey, but all of the decent hotels in this area are expensive this time of year. I’ve been so several less expensive hotels in this area. Scary.
