The pride of the hotel is a collection of 10 unique historical luxury apartments, each of which is named in memory of events in the history of St. Petersburg and famous guests of the hotel, such as Dostoevsky or Pavarotti. 5 new avant-garde luxury apartments are decorated based on the work of famous masters of the Russian avant-garde (Malevich, Kandinsky, Rodchenko, Lisitsky and Arkhipenko). On the fifth floor there are rooms "Terrace", offering stunning views of St. Petersburg: the ensemble of Arts Square and the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood.
The oldest restaurant "Europa" is located on the territory of the hotel, where guests can enjoy unique and delicious dishes: pancakes with caviar, beef stroganoff Prime, steam Kamchatka crab Romanov style and much more. 這是在俄入住體驗感最好的酒店，服務態度很好，前台接待熱情禮貌。地理位置優越，步行去喀山教堂和冬宮很方便，周邊配套齊全，吃飯購物都方便。臨退房還贈送了一瓶蜂蜜，非常暖心，下次來好住這裏

本來在官網上定了3晚，但這家酒店住的實在太舒服了，就趕緊上攜程續訂了一晚。
首先地理位置非常非常的好，離很多著名景點都很近，步行可達。
另外酒店每天都會安排打掃衞生、收拾房間，開夜床服務也很到位，送的巧克力味道很不錯。離開酒店的時候，還送了蜂蜜和香水。
門口的保安大叔也特別熱情和盡責，去機場時定位漂移了，保安大叔幫忙和司機溝通，還直接幫我把行李拖到酒店後面送我上車，非常感動。
另外我還訂了酒店餐廳的柴可夫斯基主題的晚餐，味道不錯，主要是表演超乎想象得好，舞者、樂手、歌手都非常專業，一點也不水，度過了非常美好的一晚。
下次再來聖彼得堡一定再次入住！

毫不誇張地説，是本次旅行最棒的經歷，從入住開始便感受到前台的友善，詢問我是否旅遊並幫我介紹景點；中途丟了房卡，前台小姐姐很快協助補了一張，也沒有額外費用。房間乾淨温馨，house keeping也細緻；離店時贈送了蜂蜜、香水。中間吃了二層的餐廳（甜品台那裡晚上供應正餐），味道不錯，除了甜品奶酪拼盤實在不和胃口，小姐姐還提出幫忙反饋主廚，總之非常貼心。房費物超所值。地理位置也很棒，晚上可以步行看開橋。

Отель прекрасен, но в номере был неприятный запах, как будто кто то спрятал потную футболку. Освежитель предложенный горничной спас положение минут на 30. Сутки мучилась от этого запаха. Кроме того кондиционер дует прямо на кровать, несмотря на то что отключила его, видимо вентиляция все равно продолжается , неприятно обдувает все равно. Сервис ок, чайник принесли минут через пять после звонка, водичку пополнили, номер ко сну приготовили. Завтраки по выбору отличные, но очень тесно, места в ресторане Азия мало, если вас двое, то предложат маленький стол и вокруг постоянно снуют то гости, то официанты. Здесь немного подкачал сервис. Кофе с собой так и не принесли , уточнила, чтобы омлет для ребенка приготовили с молоком но почему то он был как просто болтушка из яйца, плоский не воздушный яичный блин.
