The unit itself is very nice and well-kept. Plenty of towels, and a nice living room. Bed was comfy. And I appreciated the presence of the washer and dryer because I was there for a tennis tournament. The host (Terry) was great at communication and replied promptly to my messages. There was a couple of things I needed to inform them about, and they immediately addressed them.I felt safe during my stay, and I would recommend staying there if you are in St. Petersburg.

What a lovely stay! The one‑bedroom apartment was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. Every necessity was provided—from the fully equipped kitchen to the plush towels and comfortable bedding. Communication was excellent, and the check‑in process was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended; we’ll definitely be back!”

this was an amazing place to stay if you want a close spot to all the attractions in Saint Pete this is the place to go amazing service and the host responded very quickly to text. Please just make sure to leave the place how you found it!

Property was excellent for our short stay. Couldn't be happier with the responsiveness of the property manager who was very attentive to our needs (including a last-minute extra blanket purchase and delivery!) The interior is spotless and very updated. We were in town for a swim meet, and it was perfect to crash for lunch and then after the meet. The gelato and smoothie shop a block away was a nice bonus.

Great amenities. Very clean and well appointed.
This was the best stocked and cleanest rental that we've had in St.Pete in the past 3 years. The kitchen was well appointed (plenty of dishes, cookware, etc), plenty of linens, towels, laundry/dish detergent, etc. A few questions that we had were promptly answered by Terry. The location concerned me as it was by the highway however noise was not an issue. We were here for a swim meet and this was close to the team hotel and easy to get to Vinoy Park and nightlife. Overall it was a great stay. Would return here if we came back. however noise wasn't an issue. Great visit.
