Great place

Overall a very pleasurable experience. No hassle, fantastic staff, and early morning coffee to tie it all together. I will absolutely be stopping by again when I visit. Special shoutout to Cole for the getting me coffee before opening, I don’t think I would’ve made my flight without it.

I stayed for two nights at this location with my mom and I’m so disappointed with the customee service and amenities they offer, starting from the size of the room, which is soooo tiny, there’s literally space only to walk around the bed!!! Omg! Horrible ! When I addressed my concerns to the front desk staff they explained that’s the size of every room in a hotel, except the suite, and they couldn’t do anything about it. Night after I asked them what time house keeping usually cleans the room, and they said it’s only “per request “, I have requested then if they can clean mine. When I came back to the room in the evening , nothing was cleaned. I asked them again politely if they can send someone just to take the trash and change our towels, they said they will send someone right away, but nobody came over at all. I didn’t want to ask for the third time. It’s embarrassing and humiliating. Pool area is completely empty, there’s literally nobody there and all sun beds had “reserved” sign, they told us we can not lay on them because it’s for people who reserved it, but nobody showed up. It was around 7 pm , the pool closes at 8 pm. So I don’t see the point not to let 2 people sit at the bed for just one hour before closing, plus there’s NOBODY there, the bar at the pool is not even open. I think they are very unprofessional and they actually do not care about guest experience , and sadly they don’t know anything about customer service. So I do not recommend this hotel at all. It’s not worth the money, belive me. Unprofessionalism and lack of customer service all around . The highlight of the hotel was actually the waitress at the rooftop bar who was really nice and cute. Very sad because Moxy hotels are usually very cute and well designed.
