Super clean, comfortable, well maintained, safe, and great location. So many restaurants and cafes to choose from within walking distance made it so convenient that I highly recommend. Loved the amenities the hotel provided, and it was extremely quiet even though they are pet-friendly.

Everything was nice and clean. People are friendly and Luke. The attendant valet was exceptional. The only thing is you need to tell people about Valley parking in the price for the full day caught me off guard. I wouldn’t stay here if I known I had to pay $40 a night.

Mint house was a great stay! Very comfortable and felt right at home. Greg with the valet was absolutely wonderful and such a kind soul! My son and I loved seeing him each morning!

I am writing to share my recent experience at your hotel. Unfortunately, we had to leave due to significant construction noise outside our room, which was not communicated to us prior to our arrival. Additionally, I found the front desk staff to be unfriendly and lacking in customer service. However, I would like to commend Greg, the parking valet. He was exceptionally kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the hotel amenities and nearby restaurants. His welcoming attitude was the highlight of our visit and truly appreciated.

I had such a great experience with this place! Rooms were clean and spacious. The place was vibrant and cool. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the location and how everything was so close. We had a car attendant who was phenomenal. Greg did such a great job making sure our vehicle was ready for us when we requested it. He was pleasant and very professional. We plan on visiting St. Petersburg again and will only stay at the Mint House!

Loved the full kitchen! It was such a cute little room with a great view & patio. The bed was very comfortable & staff was excellent.
