Works in the Roof top Bar were very Rude and prejudice against me ! When i ask them in 12 of july 90 degrees heat outside ! If they can turn the heater s off in the patio!!!??

Very average hotel. The AC unit in my room was obnoxiously loud and kept me up all night... sounded like there was a truck in my room. Switched rooms and that helped. Bathroom in new room had hair stuck all over the shower glass. Huge shout out to Sophia as she went out of her way to print me some photocopies that we needed for an early AM meeting. Thank you Sophia, you deserve a gold star and a raise! 🌟 Outside of Sophia, staff was pleasant but just average.

This hotel has an unbelievable (as in not to be believed) amount of reviews from contributors who have never reviewed another hotel, attraction, restaurant, anything. And all of these 1-time only contributors have given the hotel 5 stars. Nearly all of them name multiple employees as outstanding. Seriously, this is an enormous red flag that these reviews are fake. Buyer Beware.

I stayed at the hotel for two days now, and will be here for almost another week. I feel confident that I am within good hands here at the AC. Checkin was smooth and I was assisted to my room by valet employee Preston. Also thx Brian and David who are other employees. Cane and barrel was fantastic even though there was a wedding going on. I will plan to return to this hotel in the future.

A popular busy hotel located in downtown St Pete’s. Rooms are compact but have everything you need. Communal areas are kept to a high standard. Hotel is pet friendly so there are a lot of dogs around as well. There is a popular bar on the top floor that gets busy. Overall had a reasonable stay and price wise quite reasonable for the area

Great location right in the center of everything. Stay here and you will be walking distance to all the restaurants the pier, the stadium, and all the museums and everything downtown St. Petersburg has to offer. The hotel is nice very clean and very comfortable. Great gym with all the equipment you could imagine . The pool area is very big with plenty of outdoor seating. Staff is friendly and housekeeping keeps the place very clean.

Mellisa Velazquez the front desk manager is one the most professional people I have ever met. She always meets with a smile, positive attitude, and always wants to help. Also Victor the bartender takes really good care of his crowd in the downstairs bar.

Melissa Velazquez is amazing and very knowledgeable. I had an issue with reservations and nobody knew how to fix it. She is kind and willing to do anything to satisfy her customers. Our company signed up for corporate rate because of her. Now we always check if she is working to say thank you to her.
