Мы посетили данный отель 24-26 июня 2025 года. Выбирали по рейтингу и расположению. Отзывы об отеле очень располагали и мы остановились на этом варианте. Мы забронировали панорамный делюкс с эркером, и оплатили завтраки. При заселении девушка отказалась регистрировать меня по заграничному паспорту гражданина Рф, так как по её мнению этот документ не является удостоверением личности. Зато по фотографии обычного паспорта, который к слову находился на переоформлении, зарегистрировала. Без предоставления оригинала, что является нарушением. По заселению мы были разочарованы номером, так как за 35000 за 2 ночи и рейтинге более 9 на островке ждали намного большего. Номер большой, но мебели явно не хватало. Качество на 7, но никак не на 9. В день выселения мы пошли на завтрак в 10:30 ( он до 11:00) - пустота, почти все закончилось. На вопрос о пополнении сказали ждать от 15 минут. Мы обратились на ресепшен, где в возврате средств за неоказанную услугу нам отказали. Разговаривали надменно и непрофессионально. Очень разочарована что ещё есть отели с таким негостеприимным мышлением.

И снова Kostas!!! Друзья, по нашему с супругом глубокому убеждению, если жить в Питере, то жить однозначно в отеле Kostas! Не удивительно: - приятная встреча персоналом и быстрое оформление; - прекрасные номера и тихий кондиционер; - очень хороший завтрак и по праздникам шампанское в любом количестве; - прекрасный ресторан с отменным и разнообразным меню; - и очень удобнобное расположение! Нам очень нравится о ианавливвться здесь и возвращаться каждый год!

Мы выбрали этот отель, для утро невесты, и как номер для новобрачных. Из хорошего нас встретили хорошо, вежливо быстро,( спасибо Алексей). Сам номер со старой мебелью. Вид конечно шикарный. А далее утро невесты, мне оказали пропустить курьера с цветами. На просьбу могут ли они принести заказ. Отказали ссылаясь на загруженность.хотя мне сказали что проблем не будет, иначе я бы перенесла доставку! В итоге моя визажист пошла туда вниз и ещё ждала минут 10 пока персонал вообще соизволит подойти на ресепш. Я уже молчу про какой нибудь мини комплименты молодожёнам,(хотя на сайте прописаны романтики и прочее, ничего из перечисленного не было) Даже за оплаченный завтрак мне не разрешили взять с собой в номер.в итоге купила в платном баре.
