酒店是老酒店，設施陳舊。洗澡一會冷一會熱，地板走起來咯吱咯吱響，隔音很差，隔壁看電視很久很影響休息。酒店位置還不錯，地鐵出來走5分鐘就到了，酒店對面有小型超市。

這是一個比較清潔的酒店，位置便利。就處在市中心，去哪裡也方便。適合去火車站的朋友。自助餐的品類稍微簡單一點，吃飽沒問題。但是位置沒得説，房間也比較大

Заказывали ранний заезд. Рядом также регистрировалась женщина и ее заселяли в одно с нами время ,при чем предлагали разные номера с большой кроватью или двумя отдельными. А нам сказали номер не готов ждите до 14 ( это с 8 утра )
2. Мы оставили чемодан в комнате хранения. Нам ресепшене нам сказали ,что она работает круглосуточно. Приехали в отель в 20.10 ,ресепция подтвердила ,что камера работает. Прийдя туда ,обнаружили закрытую дверь. Минут через 5
подошёл охранник.и началось представление. Он громко и грубо заявил ,что комната хранения работает до 20! Вас предупреждали.а если не пришли ,то стойте и ждите . "Я из за вас ужин свой прервал" - констатировал сотрудник отеля в грубой форме . Очень и очень не приятно !!! На рецепции эту ситуацию никак не прокомментировали и сделали вид что очень плохо слышат.
Пробка в ванной в номере 2030 не работала ,ванну принять не удалось .
