河邊街景很值！白天晚上都很好看！早餐種類還算豐富，有熱食冷食三明治麪包啤酒咖啡牛奶等等。水果比較少。奶油蘑菇燉雞和蛋餅我的最愛！咖啡也好喝！
設施：我們的房間，充電頭有點少，衹有兩個，最後拔了冰箱又多了一個。給我的是樓梯間的房間，供暖有點不足，晚上要穿長袖睡。
衞生：還算乾淨！廁所有點反串上來的味，雖然關了門房間裏聞不到。去的第一天沒發現這個問題，第二天想換房間但是懶得收拾行李🥲
環境：整體酒店是復古蘇聯風，挺有味道的。餐廳環境很好，特別喜歡早上坐窗邊看着外面的河景和街景吃早餐。
服務：還行，我被收了200盧辦落地簽。但是我朋友沒有被收。

В отеле были с 5.07. По 13.07.2025 г. Пишу отзыв второй раз, не публикуют мой отзыв. Бронировали и оплачивали номер улучшенный для 2 взрослых и ребенка 12 лет. В итоге получили прокуренный номер с добавлением запаха старья. Для взрослых две 1,5 спальные кровати, сдвинутые, для ребенка, которому номер был оплачен как взрослому, досталась развалюха раскладушка, с продавленной серединой. Матрац и белье видавшие виды, все неприятное серое, с противным запахом, как будто их никто и не стирал . На нашу жалобу на такой вонючий номер Виктория на ресепшен, видимо обладающая особым нюхом сказала нам, что она была в номере и нюхала , но там не пахнет, и это запах химии, которым обрабатывают номер, и он выветрится. Видимо она сама курит, поэтому и не чувствует этот запах. Старались приходить в номер только ночевать, запаха чистоты в прибранном номере не ощущался никогда! Все вещи провоняли этим запахом,.Номер не поменяли, раскладушку заменили , после обращения к туроператору, дали самодельную кровать, ребенок спал почти на полу. Номер 603. Полотенца серые, застиранные к ним противно прикасаться. В душевой плесень черная по углам. Когда включили кондиционер, запах курева и мочи распространился по всему номеру. Завтраки посредственные, сосиски самые дешевые, блины с начинкой покупные в Дикси, салаты с добавлением вчерашней оставшейся колбасы. В ресторане командует пожилая женщина в пижаме , без специальной одежды, везде сует свой нос. Чехлы на стульях грязные. Отдельно не советую никому.странно читать положительные отзывы, и особенно про отель европейского уровня!
