有一天房間沒有打掃，每天門卡都刷不進去，房屋的空調不能調節温度，外面是酒吧和馬路，噪音大。不怎麼好的酒店。

地理位置非常好，地鐵200米。房間衞生大小也還可以。但是我所在的房間是二樓臨街，晚上12點之前還是有點吵。整體還不錯。

Перепробовала очень много 4* и 5* отелей Петербурга, и с уверенностью могу сказать, что среди 4* отелей- Деметра - лучший вариант! Огромная благодарность персоналу и менеджменту за стабильное качество во всем. Даже выделить кого то не могу- ресепшн, охрана, ресторан, горничные- все очень внимательны к каждому гостю.

Good, I would even say the best hotel in St. Petersburg, very clean and with all the amenities. There is a metro nearby, so you can quickly and cheaply get to any location! Excellent staff, took into account all wishes
