The hotel has a great location, within walking distance to the Hermitage and the Palace Square. There are pastry shops, cafes, restaurants and shops nearby (a 24-hour shop is 2 minutes away). The metro and bus stop are a few minutes' walk away. Very friendly and polite staff, they even checked us in much earlier. Everything is clean in the room. The breakfast selection is small, but everything is delicious and there is plenty to choose from if you want. Many in the reviews talked about the cold, I don't know, we turned on the air conditioner to warm mode and it was great. You can drink tea, coffee, water and hot chocolate at any time. There is a luggage room, you can leave your things after check-out. Overall, we are happy with the hotel, we would come back again.

Приехал в отпуск на 4 ночи . Отель прекрасный. Отдыхал двоем с женой. Персонал в отеле вежливый и очень заботливый. Чувствуется забота и тепло , какбуд то ты им родной человек. Завтраки вкусные. Отель полностью соответствует своему названию - комфорт! Идеальное местоположение (все достопримечательности центра Питера в шаговой доступности. Станция метро Адмиралтейская в 5 мин. ходьбы). Номера не большие, но уютные, тихие и тёплые. Персонал очень приветливый и готов прийти на помощь в любой ситуации. Завтраки сытные. Отдельное спасибо повару, которая по нашей просьбе делала кашу без сахара. Большой плюс - бесплатный кофе или чай в зоне столовой. Пожелание: добавить на завтрак йогурт без наполнителей.
