Very bad, the front desk was perfunctory and arrogant, blatantly violated local regulations, and charged high registration fees on site for foreign customers (free according to government regulations). The spa and gym doors were locked and not open, and the rooms were noisy.

The service is average! The front desk doesn't understand English very well, so we couldn't communicate. It's pretty good, the facilities are very new, but the heater wasn't warm on the day I went there (it felt warm, but not warm overall). It's clean and big, but a bit remote! Бронировали улучшеный номер. Ни чем не отличается от стандарта. Только дороже. Заселили быстро. Тут девочки молодец. Номер сдали так же быстро.
Номер Брали с завтраками.
В первый день круассаны были сырые тесто прилипало к рукам))) не стали есть. И первый раз я видела овсяную кашу которая по консистенции как молоко)) сначала зачерпнув половником не поняла. А потом прочитала что это овсянка. Ну овсянка сэр 😂 должна быть чуть другой.
В целом завтрак очень скудный. Нет может кому то и норм. Но в отелях Питера есть достойные континентальные завтраки. Проверено. Если и поедем еще в этот отель то точно без завтраков.

Overall, not bad, but:
1. Soundproofing of the risers is terrible (we stayed in room 320). This means that at any time of the day or night you can hear your neighbors upstairs flushing the toilet and/or taking a shower. As for me, this is a flaw in the renovation (saving on soundproofing)
2. We didn't find out right away that the breakfast included scrambled eggs, and not from the staff at breakfast, but from another guest who ordered it and it was prepared for him. There is no information about this, it is not written anywhere.
Otherwise, everything is fine, friendly staff, comfortable mattresses, new plumbing.
But the above-mentioned shortcomings, especially the first one, are unlikely to prompt us to stay here again.
