I rented a studio apartment without furniture. When I left, the apartment staff drew up an inspection report exactly for the amount of the deposit. They want to re-glue the wallpaper, replace the baseboards, plumbing, and lock at my expense. I'm afraid to imagine what they would have made up if I had rented a room with furniture. During the rental, there was a leak from above, the plaster fell off, so they did the repairs right while I was living in the apartment, and only before the owner decided to sell the apartment. That's the level of service!

The worst place in my entire life: dirt, rudeness and deception in the price. I rented an apartment at the Like apart-hotel from 27.05 to 24.06 - in fact, it was a studio of 20 sq. m. I paid for my stay in full for almost a month (04.05) - the photo showed a very ordinary room with a kitchen. A deposit of 30,000 and utilities in the amount of 3-4 thousand were discussed (this was a deception, in fact, the amounts are much higher). Upon arrival at 14-05 (I additionally notified an hour in advance that I was going) they processed me for about 40 minutes - and the contract was not ready and in general the managers were not collected. When signing the contract, it turned out that the deposit was not 30,000, but 35,000 (the first deception). Then we went to the room. The room was not ready at all - dirt on the furniture, walls, the floor was not washed. The bed was all (more than 10 hairs) in hair and stains. Looking at this, the manager said that they would clean it now (let me remind you that the check-in was known since May 4, I arrived after 14 and they were still checking in for almost an hour - that is, there was enough time to clean a 20-square-meter room). The cleaner came only an hour later, wiped the floor with a dirty rag and left. She did not understand Russian - it was useless to tell her anything. I wrote to the manager. They said that the cleaner would come again and clean what I said - the manager herself did not come. It was four o'clock in the evening, I still could not take a shower after the journey. And then I saw that the toilet was broken. I myself went back to the managers and asked to change the room. Naturally, there is no room, there is only one more expensive by 5000. The managers themselves do not see a problem with paying extra. And the managers are also outraged that I am not ready to wait for the cleaning and repair of the toilet. I paid extra for a new room (which the manager didn't even show me - her words, go and see for yourself). The managers didn't consider it necessary to make any discounts or apologies. At least the walls and the kitchen panel were clean in the new room. The floor and some furniture were dusty, the oven was greasy, the bathroom and bathtub had plaque and rust. The bed was also broken, the TV didn't work (due to problems with the TV set-top box), the wallpaper was peeling off in places. Of all the above, only the bed was fixed after a day. When I made a demand for cleaning, the managers started being rude, terminating the contract and moving out "since I don't like it" (early termination of the contract means that the deposit is not returned, as well as the payment for a month's stay, i.e. I had to "give" them 80 thousand). I was forced to stay and clean the room myself. Also, when changing the room, I was given a set of keys without a key for the entrance to the building and the territory. I had to come for the key separately. Then, a week and a half later, on a weekend evening, they demanded 1,000 rubles for the same key (an ordinary intercom key is a golden price of 200 rubles). Apparently, they didn't have enough for alcohol and decided to make money in this way. When I tried to contact the management, I was refused because the manager was hiding abroad and did not come to Russia (which explains the current situation). When leaving, I waited 20 minutes for the administrator to come and inspect the room (I warned about the departure time a day in advance) - I had to go to room 3
