Of course, the hotel is magnificent. The suite exceeded all expectations. However, there are some buts! Some can be fixed, others cannot. For example, the location: the hotel is located quite far away, only the Mariinsky Theater is nearby, this is a minus that cannot be fixed. The air in the room is very dry, this can be changed by installing adjustable radiators, since they scorch like crazy, and with the window open it blows. Well, and the main minus is the food! Have you ever seen one type of jam at breakfast? I have never seen it, even in two-star hotels they offer several options. And that there is no cottage cheese in a Russian hotel? I have never seen that either. There is only yogurt in factory packaging. Well, and the main complaint is the oil they cook with. It is terrible! It is impossible to eat omelets and fried eggs, and even cheesecakes taste of this rancid oil. And I was also amazed by the pancakes, dry to the point of crunching on your teeth. Unfortunately, this hotel has the worst breakfasts of all the "fives" I have ever stayed in. And in St. Petersburg alone, I stayed in almost all of them. It's so sad, because the rooms, on the contrary, are some of the best, simply luxurious and mega comfortable. It's so easy to make a hotel magnificent, it's even a shame for you. And also, don't be stingy, give your guests at least some compliments, at least a candy, at least an apple, it's such a small thing, but the guest is pleased! Well, it wouldn't hurt to prepare the room for sleep, as is customary in five-star hotels. I'm not writing all this for the sake of criticism, but solely for your prosperity and well-being, because I really want to stay with you more than once!

For a long time I couldn't understand what exactly was causing the feeling of dissonance when visiting the hotel. The interiors seem to be beautiful, elegant, and everything is clean, but something seems to be missing. Then I realized what - the service. It is very unobtrusive, the staff does its job, no more, no less :) If you have been to good hotels in St. Petersburg, you will understand what I mean. When booking standard rooms, keep in mind that some of them are attic-type, the ceiling may be low.

Very very very good! ! ! I originally booked this hotel because of the price increase of Four Seasons. I was very nervous because there were not many reviews. The hotel is really small (not too small) and elegant. The location is near the Mariinsky, which is very convenient for coming back after watching a show! ! ! At the end of the day, many people were crowding at the door and it was impossible to get a taxi. We walked back in less than ten minutes and had a good rest. There is also a small supermarket nearby We selected the theme room in advance, and we must choose the superior room! ! ! So beautiful! ! ! It feels like a room where a princess would live! ! ! There are different ballet themes and colors, you can select them by noting in advance The hotel's bath amenities are L'Occitane! ! The lady at the front desk spoke fluent English and arranged an early check-in for us. It seemed that she came to clean once in the middle and even added three sets after seeing what we had taken away! There was no extra per person charge for the three of us staying! ! The hotel offers a 1-hour sauna for free! ! ! ! ! ! (I didn’t understand. When we checked in, they said they would take us on a tour or something. When we were fully made up, we found out it was actually a sauna room… I missed it with tears) Although there are not many types of breakfast, it is delicious. I personally think it is worth more than 100 per person. The service is fast. Basically, they can respond quickly to whatever you want. There are steps at the door. You can ask the front desk to help take the luggage and send it back to the room or send it downstairs.

Meinen herzlichsten DANK an das ALBORA Hotel in STP, herzlichen DANK vor allem an @Vladislav Sokolnik. Die Zimmer, meine Suite war so schön, dass ich nach meinen Ausflügen immer wieder zurück wollte, um hier mehr Zeit zu verbringen. Höchst elegant, luxuriös und großzügig zugleich! Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Service ist individuell, zuvorkommend und charmant. Es gab kleine Irritationen kurz und während des Check-In´s, die Vladislav so professionell und elegant löste, dass ich diese hier nur kurz erwähne. Es handelt sich hier um ein modernes 5*, bzw. sorgten Vladislav und sein Team während meines gesamten Aufenthaltes dafür, dass ich mich als Gast genauso fühlte. Vladislav hatte zudem wunderbare Tipps für mich, viel bessere als manch anderer Concierge weltweit. Schließlich wurde auch mein Wunsch erfüllt, eine Reservierung in den beiden besten Restaurants von St. Petersburg zu bekommen, quasi unmöglich, normalerweise. Daher noch einmal mein ausdrücklichster DANK an das Hotel, an Vladislav und an sein Team!! Herzlichst, patrick

Волшебно. Восхитительно. Виртуозно красиво. Бронировали неделю в 2021 этом Бутик отеле. Отель абсолютно новый, шикарный во всех понятиях, начиная с туалетной бумаги (такой бархатной и толстой мы ещё ни где не встречали), заканчивая дизайном всего отеля, каждая комната продумана до мелочи, все оборудовано смарт хоум, ванную комнату покидать не хотелось, а любимые ванные принадлежности от фирмы L’occitane парили на коже волшебными ароматами. Что касается ресторана, завтраки божественны, 5 официантов на 10 столов, такого сервиса я не видела последних пять лет ни в одном из лучших отелей мира. Завтраки до 12 часов, и даже если уже 12, всегда спрашивали, что Вам оставить или приготовить. Это гостеприимство и услужливость, просто фантастика. Каждый вечер приносили чёрный труфель в шоколаде (к слову, в Барселоне/ Берлине, этот десерт стоит 8€), а на кануне отъезда обнаружили в комнате бутылку просеко и нарезку вкуснейших фруктов. Приятно, не правда ли? Мы были в восторге от всего, даже не хотели уезжать.. Это точно Бутик отель и они это знают на 5+. Браво! Вернёмся обязательно и всем советуем посетить этот дизайнерский отель.
