У отеля замечательное расположение. Единственное, в здании нет лифта, возможно для кого-то это важная информация. В комнате и на кухне чистота, чистое белье, удобный матрац. Предоставляют все ванные принадлежности. Завтрак по предварительному заказу, есть кулер, кофе,чай можно попить в любое время.

Месторасположение, чистота, удобство на 10/10.
В июле было очень душно в комнате ( улучшенный с видом во дворик) при наличии кондиционера. Хотя стояла температура +17 градусов на оборудовании. Свою функцию кондиционер не выполняет. Окна не открыть, с первого этажа запах еды из столовой.
Остальное все прекрасно.

位置就在涅瓦街盡頭，樓下就是冬宮，位置很好，不過電梯很小，一次衹能上下一個人，因為樓房都是一百多年的建築，喜歡蘇式風格的可以下定。

中國人避雷！酒店地理位置還不錯，但是其他方面都非常差，首先是入住地和前台登記的位置不在一個地方，對於不熟悉的人很難找，而且沒有房卡，全程要自己摸索如何用各種工具解鎖，如果拿行李非常麻煩，而且沒有電梯，上下樓都要自己抬上去，其次房間像國內80一晚的招待所，臨街房間非常吵，床品衞生也不太乾淨，廁所沒有抽風機，最後退房的時候，前台態度也不好，借用一下廁所，擺出一副臭臉，強烈建議中國消費者換其他酒店，花700多住招待所，還要看人臉色，真的無語
