出自內心的感概，選擇了這家服務很好的酒店，出於感恩，我也把第一次的好評給到這份酒店，真的值得推薦。因為白天掛錯了勿打擾的牌，晚上8點多回來都還有清潔阿姨過來詢問打掃衞生。前台服務員很友善的代我點外賣，因為在聖彼得堡這個酒店的良好體驗，才有後面在莫斯科的對比，莫斯科紅場人民酒店真的不敢恭維。

前台英語很不錯，溝通基本無障礙，還會有歡迎酒水。這次給了個頂樓的天窗房，凌晨能聽到教堂的鐘聲，感覺很不錯。
房間每天都有打掃衞生，不過毛巾不一定每天都換，第一天入住時還發現少了免費茶包，可能上一輪打掃後客服忘記放了😂問題不大。房間有熱水壺。
浴室乾濕分離去水速度可以，不會外滲到幹區，熱水也夠，水壓足。
雙人床房的床小是歐洲酒店的通病啦，大概80cm寬吧。
酒店地理位置優越，可以步行到喀山大教堂/滴血教堂/百年書店等等。步行到冬宮大概15分鐘，步行到馬林斯基劇院大概40分鐘。附近有一箇中型超市和一個大型超市，大型超市裡還有seber bank存款機。9

酒店地理位置優越，地鐵站就在門口左拐。酒店門口還有個24小時的麪包店，解決用餐很方便。前台服務也不錯，會英語，態度也都很好

Отель очень понравился! Вышло небольшое недоразумение пои заезде - обещали номер мансардный, а по факту обычный. Но дали хороший номер и комплементарный от отеля . Завтраки вкусные, с шампанским и икрой. Заранее была забронирована парковка для авто. Все на высоком уровне. Думаю если поедем еще раз - остановимся там же.

Расположение супер. Чистота на высшем уровне, постельное белье было на столько чистым , что аж хрустело от чистоты ! Мусор убирали каждый день, уборка каждые два дня.вид из окна очень красивый.в комнате есть всё, от ложечки для обуви, до стиральной машины.обязательно приеду еще ! Спасибо персоналу за заботу и помощь. Отель тянет на 5+
