住過好幾次，最近門口在裝修，總體一直都很滿意，但是這次遇到一點問題，訂單都是提前付款了全款，但是同事晚到一天，到了前台居然被告知還要付款前一晚的費用，原因是他們因為我們沒有入住他們已經退回了第一晚的費用，需要我們現金付款，這個操作匪夷所思，和前台交流説我們需要和第三方訂房代理確認再付款，前台居然不耐煩了，告知我們不立即交會對我們採取罰款，同時還把我們房卡給註銷了，導致無法進入房間，這種惡劣的服務態度和操作方式讓人匪夷所思，但是最後攜程客户幫忙解決了問題，對攜程服務滿分
