Отличный отель! Быстро заселили. Вежливый персонал. Номер идеально убран, есть все принадлежности. Хороший вид на залив, есть маленький балкон. Заказывали еду из ресторана, принесли в течении часа. Удивила интересная подача, всё очень вкусно. При оказии обязательно вернёмся, спасибо!

Находимся сейчас в этом отеле. Начиталась положительных отзывов, но у меня впечатление не столь красочное. Во первых, как только мы заехали в номер, обратила внимания на окна, они грязные с внутренней стороны, а также на одном из них убит комар, также с внутренней стороны, после уборки в номере ничего не изменилось. Следующее, с чем мы столкнулись, это душ, который повешен, как будто для карликов, я со своим ростом 174 еле уместилась, что уж говорить о молодом человеке с ростом 195, ну привинтите вы держатель на 20 сантиметров выше. В третьих, уборка номеров, точнее практически полное её отсутствие. Мы в первый же вечер испачкали постельное в шоколаде, и простынь, и подушки, и одеяла, я специально все оставила на видном месте, чтобы заменили постельное, вернулись в номер, а постельное тупо не заменили, а просто подушку перевернули, и закрыли все одеялами, грязной стороной во внутрь. Что сказать, судите сами…

Мы рады были остановиться в вашем отеле. Прекрасное расположение на берегу Финского залива. Отель выглядит очень современным. Обстановка в номерах очень красивой мебелью. Кровать и матрас были удобные, много подушек, есть ортопедические. Завтраки по типу шведский стол, было вкусно. Территория ухожена и чисто, видно что с душой. Персонал приветливый и понимающий, учли наши пожелания. Наверняка приедем к вам еще раз в отпуск)))

Третий год подряд справляем Новый год именно в этом отеле. Сервис на уровне 5*, еда отличная, персонал приветлив, и всегда готов помочь в любой ситуации. Сам праздник как всегда яркий, контингент отеля хороший. Очень хочется выразить благодарность Дарье(ресепшен), Марии(ресторан), Алине(ресепшен), и всем молодым людям на обслуживании ресторана,бара и ресепшен. Три года с вами, и очень довольны всем! Прекрасный современный отель! Просторный номер с мини-кухней. Балкончик с видом на Финский залив, в номере даже пахло морем 💙 Шикарные завтраки. Клиентоориентированный персонал. Вобщем, нам очень понравилось все. По нашей рекомендации уже и друзья бывали и мы обязательно будем этот отель бронировать при посещении Питера.
