Второй раз останавливались тут. Расположение отличное. Есть маленькая парковка во дворе на 3 м/м. Персонал приветливый. Завтрак отличный, шведский стол плюс можно заказать доп. горячее - рекомендую Бенедикт. Номера комфортные. Рекомендую

The rooms are all arranged for three people, with a separate small bed or a baby crib.

It's a very nice hotel, although it's hard to find in the alley. The room is clean and spacious, but the elevator room is narrow!

Uitstekend hotel met goed Engels sprekende receptie. Prima kamer met goede airco en bedden. Goede ligging tot nevski prospect alle highlights op loopafstand. Prima restaurant met Russische keuken. Zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Отель сам стильный, сервис ужасный, из за небольшого количество посетителей было предложено питание по меню , не съедобно вообще, на выезде приписали нам бутылку вина, которую мы не пили, и после нашего пояснения даже не извинились и не отреагировали. А отзывы они плохие удаляют намеренно, так что не советую.

Хочу оставить отзыв о мероприятии в данном отеле . Будучи на празднике в качестве гостя , не могу не отметить высокий профессионализм организаторов и официантов на банкете. Утки в меню, о которой написал недовольный гость, априори не было. Мероприятие было анонсировано до 23.00, бар после этого времени по понятным причинам уже не работал, ввиду чего алкоголь не мог быть предоставлен, о чем и было сказано гостям. Праздник прошел в очень хорошей атмосфере, еда подавалась четко по таймингу, алкоголь на столах своевременно обновлялся. Доволен мероприятием был и сам именинник, а недовольство одного из гостей обусловлено какими-то личными претензиями в моменте, которые не отображают общей картины прошедшего праздника. Станиславе отдельная благодарность, кухня и зал отработали очень хорошо. Это не первый отмеченный юбилей в стенах данного заведения, бывали практически тем же составом , начиная с 2015го года не раз, и продолжаем туда возвращаться, что как раз подтверждает доверие к услугам заведения.

30 июля были на юбилее у нашего друга на 2 этаже в отеле "Автор". Изначально все было хорошо, но чем дольше продолжалось мероприятие, тем становилось хуже и неприятнее. Официант не знает в какие бокалы и что наливать, что в составе закусок на столе. Не успели мы съесть индивидуальный салат, как моментально вынесли горячую закуску. Кулебяка с лососем была сухая и не вкусная. Горячее из утки было жесткое. На мой комментарий молодому человеку он начал спорить и прерикаться. Весь вечер создавалось впечатление ,что нам не рады и куда-то торопят. На банкете была девушка администратор Станислава которая поразила многих за нашим столом своей агрессией ,злостью и не компетентностью. После того,как музыка и артисты ушли, мы хотели посидеть узким кругом и пообщаться в тишине, были готовы оплатить продление, но Станислава несколько раз нам сообщила о том, что банкет закончен и нужно выйти из зала. Мы хотели купить бутылку элитного коньяка в чем нам тоже было ей отказано,видимо боялась что мы продолжим сидеть. Фактически Станислава нас выгнала! Объездили много стран и отелей ,но такого не встречали. Хуже можно ,но трудно. Никогда больше не придем....
