Только что вернулась из Санкт-Петербурга, останавливалась в Angleterre на 4 ночи. Город прекрасен и место отеля шикарное, впечатление испортило лишь пофигическое отношение персонала к гостям и очень не удобный ужасно жесткий матрас, одеяло и синтепоновые подушки. Ощущение, что ты спишь на лавке под шинелью, выспаться не получилось не одной ночи, утром ощущение как будто тебя пинали всю ночь, причем я обратилась на ресепшен, дежурила Татьяна, которая сказала, что знает о жесткости матрасов и сама же предложила его заменить, но чуда не произошло, при выселении девушка Ульяна улыбаясь сказала: "мы забыли это сделать" Я думаю не позволительно в отеле данного уровня, с историей, за цену в 20 000 за ночь такое себе позволять! Много путешествую, но отзыв тем более негативный пишу впервые, надеюсь его прочтет руководство отеля и примет соответствующие меры!

I would say the location is very nice and comfortable, a hotel with style and quality in its interiors, furnishings and service. My room on the 4th floor was a deluxe, just the right size, very comfortable mattress, bathroom with tub, no bidet, kettle with coffee and tea. Reception and concierge were perfect, everything was very clean. The pool and sauna area was a bit old... I've been to another hotel in St. Petersburg and I much prefer that one, also as a location.

A persistent smell of dust both in the corridors and in the room, a very stale bedspread. The bed is comfortable, there is everything you need for a business trip. Breakfast has everything, very tasty, varied. Small but cozy fitness - room with a swimming pool and sauna. During dinner I was there alone, had a great time before going to bed. The hotel is connected by a passage with the neighboring Astoria, very convenient. I liked everything, it was nice to be in such a significant place.
