В номере очень холодно, из окон дует, брали номер зимой, а одеяло в номере было летнее! Пришлось спать в теплых спортивных костюмах, как минимум комфорт посетителей не стоит на первом месте. Помимо того, что холодно, нам недодали постельное белье и полотенца на человека, хотя номер был оплачен за 3х. Микроволновка в общей кухне не работала и ничего не разогревала, опять же комфорт постояльцев не стоит на первом месте для сотрудников данной организации. Дополнительно выставили огромный штраф за полотенце, себестоимость которого рублей 200. Уважаемые организаторы, ваших отрицательных минусов намного больше, назвать проживание комфортным невозможно! Не беру в счет положительные комментарии, это был наш опыт и то что мы здесь увидели. Надеемся, что ваш навар на штрафе вы потратите как минимум на покупку тёплых одеял!
