Мокрая точка на грани- разьеденные углы, плесень, просроченный крем для тела, грязный пол в номере, постоянно виснущий телевизор, так, что смотреть ничего не возможно, в кафе еда за три прошедших года стала хуже и обслуживание небрежное и медленное.

Локация очень удобная. Удобный матрас и хорошего качества белье, подушки. Однако отель уже становится очень уставшим. В душевой зоне располщающиеся косяки, плесень в углах и уходовая косметика с прошедшим сроком годности. За эти деньги можно было привести в порядок углы , косяки дверей, пол и мокрую зону.

Очень приятные впечатления об отеле. Расположение отличное, все рядом, метро, набережная, исторические места. Номер просторный, удобные кровати, небольшая кухня нас выручала (магазин Перекресток рядом). Все необходимое в номере есть. Заселили быстро и раньше положенного времени. Уборка номера каждый день. Поздравили с днем рождения))! Отзывчивый и приятный персонал. Рекомендую всем. Вернемся обязательно.
