Nevsky Aster

Расположение этого отеля единственный его плюс.За все наши поездки в Питер впервые столкнулись с таким несоответствием описания и реальности. Понимаю что Питер это в основном прогулки и отель для «переночевать» в большей степени, но и это хочется более менее комфортно. Бронировали улучшенный номер, в котором заявлено кроме кровати еще диван-кровать-отсутствует, внутренний телефон-отсутствует, за каждый вопросом приходилось спускаться (благо у нас был 2й этаж), кто жил на 5м- лифт не работает. Заявлен чайник,чайный набор, тапочки- все это в номере отсутствует, благо выдали после обращения. В номере на 2х стул один, приходилось присаживаться есть по очереди.Никогда не возлагали больших надежд на душевые принадлежности, но в этом отеле они не пенятся от слова совсем, голову помыть не реально(даже мужу с короткой стрижкой пришлось туго), кондиционера нет. На окнах сеток нет, в день заселения пришлось сначала комаров шт 15 уничтожить. К персоналу претензий нет, убирают, приветливы. А вот к владельцу данного отеля вопросов много, вернуться сюда не хочется

Отель с отличным расположением, но очень убитый! И, самое главное, я бронировала улучшенный номер в Невский гранд, а меня, не предупредив, уже после оплаты увели в обычный старый эконом в Астер. На вопрос "а в чем его улучшенность", за которую я доплатила почти 3 тыс.рублей,мне ответили, что мне положен чайник и тапочки (которые в номере так и не появились).

The hotel rooms are terrible, dusty. The pictures on the site are completely different. Upon arrival here we are simply in shock. Honestly, we expected better from the hotel. There is nothing to breathe in the rooms. The pictures on the website are clearly from other hotels. We expected something more!

My review was deleted, okay, I'll write again :) Location is the only very significant plus, But I don't recommend this hotel to anyone who stayed there last year. Not only were we accommodated in the wrong room, but in one that was cheaper in a terrible state, where there was a fan dirty with black dust, instead of the declared air conditioner for which money was paid when booking, there was one broken cabinet, a terrible toilet with mold. There was dirt everywhere, it literally stank of dust. After a logical complaint, they changed our room, it got better, but there is a cloud without a silver lining. The audibility was terrible: you could hear what was being said in the other room. The most epic thing was at night. Other people just came to check into our room, just went into the room and turned on the light. They were as embarrassed as we were. Thanks to the administrators. The windows are dirty, there are dead mosquitoes on the curtains. Breakfasts are a separate matter; they have already been written about here more than once. This hall with the distribution of dry rations in plastic is also small, there won’t be enough space for everyone if you come at rush hour. If you want a more or less decent bun, you will have to pay extra.

We were on vacation with my mother in October from 18-23, we stayed in Nevsky Aster, in room 325. And it was just a delight! Such a high level of service, everything is just great. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is as attentive, polite and sympathetic as possible. The administrators are incredibly nice! It’s nice that they are also sincere. Their friendliness is not schooled and conventional, but real, human. It is clear that people love their work. Special thanks to the maids, everything in the room is always perfectly clean ❤️The service in the cafe is just as pleasant, and everything is very tasty! Nevsky Aster guys, you are great! The hotel has a good location, but it is very noisy, the sounds of repairs until 12 at night, they are drilling, hammering! Unfortunately, it is not possible to rest during the day! There is no air conditioning in the rooms, the windows cannot be opened due to the noise (autumn is disappointing
