Был в этом отеле в 2024 году, в сентябре, понравился!
Решил в 2025-м поехать с ребенком, заселились быстро, без проблем, бронировали в марте на июль!
Номер на 6-м этаже, чистый, всё аккуратно!
Единственное, иногда гул стоит, как будто за окном внешний блок кондиционера, но не напрягает!
Дочке номер понравился, уютно и свежий ремонт,в номере всё, что нужно, имеется!
Услуги прачки очень выручают, правда, недешевое удовольствие )
Завтраки с прошлого года не поменялись, почти всё тот же ассортимент, выпечки очень мало!
Хотелось бы, чтоб всё же добавили в ассортимент!
А, и добавьте шампанского ))
Думаю, еще вернемся в новотель )

The location is very good, 600 meters walk from Moscow Railway Station! The subway station and bus station are 3 minutes walk! It is very convenient to eat and drink around. For breakfast, there is a two-day cycle bar, which can fill you up! The staff is very nice and issued a residence certificate the next day, which is required for our Moscow hotel a week later! There is a drinking fountain in the corridor, which is really convenient! Worth recommending!

Bad review, poor service awareness, poor English. When I asked for a bottle of water in the room, the front desk and the bar passed the buck back and forth, speechless. The room was small.

The location is very good, close to Nevsky Prospekt. The room is large and well-equipped. The decoration is relatively new. You can request a late check-out when you check in, which can be postponed to 2pm.
