迎賓超熱情，還在路邊下車就迎過來幫拿行李，前台英文無障礙交流，需要繳納住房按金，房間很大很寬敞，尤其是很暖和，走廊裏有很多畫，住的很舒服，交通位置也很方便。

設施：比較傳統的五星級酒店，恆温馬桶，地暖以及浴缸都有。
服務：前台可以説英語，已經是在俄羅斯體驗比較好的了，服務都比較到位，態度也比較好。
值得一提的是，他們家的床睡着很舒服，房間的空調不知道怎麼調，但是不影響睡覺睡得暖呼呼的。
環境：附近走路幾分鐘就有一個水果店，水果很便宜，門口也很方便打車。
挺推薦的，區域比較繁華，但是又不像捏瓦大街那麼吵鬧。

大床房屋內有和隔壁房間互通的門，入住時酒店不會告知，我是半夜被隔壁男士拽門聲驚醒，隔音極差，自己一個女生入住比較害怕。平台預訂，酒店不給退房，前台服務員男士態度極其惡劣，稱不會英語不予溝通。後來女生服務員態度好一直用翻譯軟件，説酒店有監控，我不會有危險。可是房間裏沒有監控啊，屋裡進來，我安全得不到保障。攜程工作人員很負責任，一直幫我協商，協商無果，讓我離店。然後攜程處理接下來問題。給攜程客服點贊

酒店舒適、服務很好。離冬宮3公里，買公交卡坐公交也方便。酒店周圍安靜，離陀思妥耶夫斯基故居很近。周圍吃早飯物美價廉太方便了，所以沒在酒店吃。

環境還可以，百年老店，價格小貴，不值，房間挺大，前台服務員態度不怎樣友好，可以英語交流，女服務員需要學習微笑，帶孩子出行注意事項，加床費5000盧布，慎重行事，感覺被惡意加價，後面還是攜程自己補貼一下，心情平順一點
