The room is big and very clean, the service staff is also very good

For me, the Domina hotel chain (Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg (hotel on the Moika) was associated with high quality and hospitality. So I decided to stay at Domina Pulkovo (4* apartments with breakfast). Pros: the hotel is almost new, high-quality plumbing, good cleaning), a beautiful expensive lobby. Cons: you can live in the apartments with animals - when the floor in the bathroom got wet, there was a persistent smell of cat urine. Maintenance of the plumbing, especially the shower head, which splashes in all directions, is so-so. The pillows are not comfortable, although the mattress is 5+. The breakfast, which is separately served for guests of the 5* hotel and, as it turned out, the poor people living in the apartments, turned out to be strange and not at all tasty. Now more about the breakfast for those staying in the apartments: food (not breakfast) is served in the conference hall lobby, the choice of covered dishes and the refusal to fry eggs immediately seemed strange to me... - there is scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, we do nothing else. Juices "like Turkey" - concentrate diluted with water. There is herring with onions, though without potatoes. A little Korean cuisine (carrots). Mini sausages without color, smell and taste, steamed vegetables - which, judging by the consistency, were boiled for 10 hours in boiling water. And oatmeal with an abundance of sugar and very liquid. Everything "hot" or rather barely warm - NOT tasty and not necessary. Let me remind you that all this is in 4*... but there were beans in tomato sauce and rice, the secret of all the dishes was revealed later - judging by the number of guests from India, breakfast was arranged specifically for them and not guests from Russia. So, pounce on bread with ham and sausage. Well, that's all for now. But it's already enough not to choose this strangely combined residential complex with breakfasts like in the hotel on Zinzibar 2*. I would not advise staying here and enjoying the Domina service if you do not like Indian folklore, which can be listened to from the mobile devices of a permanent resident from another country no less great than Russia. Welcome to the hotel in St. Petersburg, where you will taste all the delights of the "second line" with Indian music and national breakfasts.

Very perfect hotel

It is far away from the city and has convenient surroundings. It has a four-star logo. The restaurant on the first floor is delicious but not expensive. There is a classical piano in the bar in the evening. Opposite is a "Friday" supermarket. The apartment facilities are similar to those in China, but there is a kitchen and tableware. The environment is very good. It's a relatively new building, so you don't have to worry about traveling with a car. How could such a good place not have reviews? The price/performance ratio is very good.
