Обычный отель, которых тьма в СПб. На праздники выбирать было нечего. Ничего плохого сообщить не могу, под окнами все три дня долбили асфальт и пилили плитку. Главный плюс - локация.

Нужен был недорогой отель в центре переоочевать. Из плюсов- цена - 1800р, что позволяет закрыть глаза на некоторые недостатки, но иногда лучше немного переплатить.
Во-первых , никакого ресепшена и сотрудников в отеле нет, все происходит дистанционно - высылаете фото паспорта, пооучаетемкоды для ахода в здание и на этаж. Связь с персоналом только по телефону и WhatsApp.
Во-вторых, запах канализации в подъезде, в номере не чувствуется, но в ванной душок есть.
В номере ч унлом систо. Постельное белье и полотенца чистые, но подушки с тем же "душком".
Плитка на входе в номере ходит ходуном
На этаже есть кулер, но воды в нем не было. Плохая звукоизоляция, любой шум в коридоре слышно в номере. Вопли в проходном дворе также слышны в номере

Были в отпуске, хотелось чтобы было не далеко от центра. Месторасположение идеальное, недалеко от вокзала и в самом центре. Тихо, спокойно, соседей не слышно. Комнаты приличные, были в комнате связанной с роком, не прониклись прям историей, так как номер был в обычном дизайне. Есть микроволновка, чай/кофе, кулер на этаже. Сантехника не текла, не было плесени, полотенца в порядке, единственное что фен работал по 3 мин, а потом отключался, но это не страшно. Вывод: отличное месторасположение, тихо, чисто, если вы приехали смотреть Петербург, а не сидеть в комнате, то отель для вас. Для нас важно было где можно переночевать и отдохнуть, нас все устроило. Рекомендую для проживания.

Не советую останавливаться в этом Хостеле,а не отеле!! Все кровати односпальные,хотя презентуют как двухспальную,подушки 19 века(не видавшие химчистки) Слышимость ужасная!!! При требовании вернуть деньги конечно же примеряется термин невозвратный тариф. Хотя это незаконно,было бы время открыла бы спор в суде. Омерзительный…

Не соответсвует фотографиям. Кровать просто кошмарная, состоит из двух односпальных матрасов, мы проваливались по очереди всю ночь из за чего не выспались совершенно. Персонал очень вежливый, устранили сразу же поломку в душе ( не уходила вода)

Обожаю этот отель! Я из города Екатеринбург и каждый мой приезд в Питер, бронирую номер в этом отеле на период не менее трех недель. Очень доволен чистотой и уютом в номерах. Администраторы топ! Большое им спасибо!Руководитель отеля Оксана замечательный человек! Спасибо ей за отзывчивость и хорошее отношение к гостям. С большой любовью и желанием посещу этот отель снова и снова!

Ездила одна, поэтому номер небольшого размера меня устроил. Постельное чистое, приятное. Учитывая, что я там только ночевала мне всё понравилось. Душевая и туалет чистые. Отель находится во дворе, но, учитывая, что он в, центре вечерами шумно, поэтому если плохо спите, то лучше выбрать что-то другое, меня это не смутило. Месторасположение суперское. Куча кафе, Невский недалеко, метро, буквально во дворе! Спасибо большое, что смогли заселить меня раньше!
