千萬千萬不要入住，攜程應該下線這家店，不要再坑中國人了！住過的最差酒店，和照片完全不一樣，都是二十年前的設施，太坑人了，床衹有90公分寬，馬桶連馬桶圈都沒有，燒水壺電爐絲銹跡斑斑直接泡在水裡燒，燒過的水發黃，喝一口就想吐，酒店三面都是公路，噪音大的就像睡在高速公路上，根本無法入睡，空調是裝在窗户上的老窗機，噪音大的跟拖拉機一樣，沒有拖鞋、沒有洗浴用品、沒有吹風機，沒有馬桶圈，總之住宿最基本的東西都沒有。而且印度工作人員服務態度很差，非常差！夥伴們看清了照片的前兩張是燒水壺。想不想吐。

Aucune communication, ils ne prennent aucun appel et ne répondent a aucun mail.
La chambre était poussiéreuse, des mouchoirs usagés oubliés. Une douche rafistolée avec du papier… étrange! L’eau va partout quand vous vous douchez.
Des draps qui ne vont pas jusqu’au bout du lit…
Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, le service est déplorable.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel.
When I checked into my room, I was extremely disappointed to find that it had not been cleaned properly. The room was dirty, and to my shock, I even found a used milk container left behind by a previous guest. This is completely unacceptable and far below the standards I expected from your establishment.
Furthermore, on May 16th, 2025 at around 12:00 PM, I approached the front desk and encountered a young female receptionist who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her attitude and behavior made the situation even more frustrating. At the time, I was extremely exhausted from my trip and did not have the energy to raise the issue about the room being unclean, so I simply went to sleep.
However, I feel it is important to bring these matters to your attention so that they can be addressed appropriately. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve the quality of your service and ensure a better experience for future guests.
