Nice clean hotel. Location excellent close to beach bars and restaurants

Very Clean very simple and the beds are extremely comfortable. Amanda was excellent when she finally heard about our dilemma that trip.com lied to us about and took over 3 days to still not satisfy the concern.

From the moment we arrived at St. Pete Beach Suites, we knew we were in for something special. Location & Ambiance Just a quick three-minute stroll from the soft white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, this hotel truly delivers on convenience and atmosphere. The handy central location—within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and entertainment—makes exploring effortless. Inside, the retro-themed décor—with its playful vintage woodwork, mermaid touches, and a memorable dolphin fountain—adds delightful character to the property. Accommodation & Amenities Our suite struck a perfect balance between style and functionality. With sleek marble or granite finishing, plush bedding, and thoughtful modern touches like flat‑screen TVs, Wi‑Fi, and a fully‑equipped kitchenette, it felt like a cozy home away from home. The hotel goes above and beyond with amenities—two sparkling pools (one heated), complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, bicycles for riding around, and even games like corn‑hole, giant chess, and Jenga by the pool. Plus, the convenience of free parking, on‑site laundry, barbecue grills, and lockbox access for late arrivals made the stay incredibly seamless. Service & Staff Though not explicitly documented online, guests consistently praise the friendly, attentive staff—many reviews highlight helpful service, ease of check‑in, and a general warm welcome throughout the stay. Why We Loved It Stylish yet relaxed—a unique retro-inspired retreat that doesn’t skimp on comfort. Ideal beachfront location—perfect for beach lovers and explorers alike. Amenities galore—from heated pools to bikes and kitchenettes, everything is thoughtfully provided. Effortless convenience—parking, laundry, grilling, and 24-hour access (via lockbox) made it stress-free. St. Pete Beach Suites is a truly delightful place to stay—perfect for couples, families, or anyone seeking a relaxed, playful getaway with plenty of charm and creature comforts.

Staff is super friendly and flexible. Infrastructure is great and so close to the beach. Make sure to use the bikes they offer and enjoy the pools. We will be back for sure !

NO THANKS. The first time I stayed at SPB Suites in January 25 it was so lovely. The room was a poolside room and everything was perfect. I moved to St. Pete and decided to stay again for the first few days while I waited for my home to close. We got in after hours to find that the room was absolutely HORRIFYING. First of all it was not a poolside room, it was a road side room. In addition to the room being generally run down, I encountered unacceptable issues including dirty dishes (lipstick and food residue), cigarette butts outside the door, grime, unpleasant odors, bugs, and a dirty couch. I paid good money for a poolside room but was placed in a rundown room adjacent to the road. Unfortunately because it was almost midnight we had no choice but to stay. We left first thing in the morning before they even opened. The manager, Amanda was very understanding and even confirmed herself that the room conditions were not suitable for guests, and that she has been trying to tell the owners not to put people in this gross room. She agreed with me that I deserve a refund and promised she would get back to me but just lied and never got back to me. Even though I deserve a FULL refund I am only asking for a refund for the night we didnt stay. I have been fair, and kind, and reasonable and my request is more than justified. As of now, I have been completely ghosted by them, my phone number blocked, my emails blocked. This is just disgusting and just horrible Business practice. Pick another spot, this place isnt worth it.

My mom and I vacation to St. Pete at least once a year and this is our spot! The location is great, walking distance to the beach and some of our favorite coffee shops and boutiques (shoutout The Grove and Betty’s), the rooms are always clean and comfortable, there’s so many fun additions that you can use while staying from bikes to beach toys and best of all the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. They take such good care of all of their guests and make St. Pete Beach Suites feel like a second home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and refreshing getaway to St. Pete. We can’t wait to come back to see you all soon!
