This was such a fabulous place to stay! Only regret is that we found t stay longer. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Beautiful location. Beach access was brilliant. Pool and hot tub were amazing. You have to visit Tasha at the pool bar. She’s an absolute gem of a person and bartender. Highly recommend this place. We look forward to staying here again.

Plenty of space and like the balcony. A little rough for the price - but better than fussy Don Cesar. Fabian on the beach is the hardest working guy we have met and a high light. Love the complementary chairs and umbrellas - pretty in pink. Cranky bartender (boot on her leg) is the low light. Front desk helpful and friendly. Gorgeous beach. Well appointed suite.

Room is spacious and clean. Staff is so kind. Bed is comfy. The towels are so fluffy!!! Property is immaculate and there is a nice area for pets. Pool area is very nice with a bar, beach is so beautiful!!!

This was our second visit to Beach House Suites! We fell in love with everything the first time! The staff is absolutely fantastic! They truly make the resort!! Patrick, Justin, and Raymond were so accommodating and helpful! I can’t say enough!! The front desk was super helpful and friendly. Tasha at the tiki bar was so friendly and we enjoyed talking with her!! This group from South Dakota looks forward to our next stay at the Beach House Suites!

Year after year we come here and year after year we have a great time. The service is out of this world. We have come to know Tasha, Fabian and Chris so well. They are always excited to see the kids and welcome them back with open arms. Fabian did an amazing job keeping our beach chairs ready every morning. He checks on us regularly to make sure we have an amazing experience! Tasha always wins the kids hearts with her fun “kids shakes” it’s her signature! Thank you so much for making this difficult year memorable. They are not just hospitality employees they are also friends. Thank you!

The Beach House Suites never disappoints! The newly remodeled suites are beautiful. The superior customer service provided by the team at the Beach House is phenomenal! McKay, Aimee and Anthony in the office are always eager to assist. Mirama and the housekeeping team make sure your suite is perfectly maintained throughout your visit. Chris and Tasha at the Beach House SandDollar Bar are St Pete Beach best bartenders. The kitchen at the bar never disappoints- try the burger! Patrick, Raymond and Justin are always ready to shuttle you to wherever you need to go on the beach.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property. It became clear that there is a lack of consistency and knowledge among your team, as no one seemed to have a clear understanding of what was going on at any point during my visit. You charged premium rates for a property that clearly needs significant improvements in quality and staff training to provide an experience that aligns with the prices you charge. The food was subpar, the parking situation was a disaster, and the resort credit charged seemed unclear—there were no visible amenities to justify it. This was far from the "resort experience" that was advertised. Additionally, the facilities were not well-maintained, with cleanliness issues and constant construction noise that made the stay inconvenient. The tarps obstructing the views only added to the dissatisfaction. Buyer beware: Be sure to carefully review your bill for any unexpected charges.

The entire staff has been very pleasant and accommodating! I want to Give a huge shoutout to the driver Raymond. Superb customer. We had a nice conversation on my ride and I told him I was treating myself for my 60th birthday, he in turn sent up a tray of appetizers for me to celebrate. Excellent!!!
