Island Grand at TradeWinds

This was our second visit to Tradewinds and it was a lot of fun once again. The buildings are older at this resort, but they are SO well cared for. The resort is very clean and the staff were all very nice. Our room was clean and everything was up to date. There were plenty of pools to choose from and the beach amenities were plentiful. The only complaints I have are the slow, hot elevators and the closure of some restaurants due to renovations. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Matt with Family Beach Photos is excellent. Having the photo as a memory of our vacation will be one of the highlights of our trip. Matt had the ability to make clients feel comfortable and at ease during the session. The images perfectly capture the joy of our family beach vacation. We highly recommend Matt for any photography needs.

Dave, Aeden, and Kevin were phenomenal. Drinks were strong, fresh and made with love! They are great conversationalists and oh so kind! Will be back tomorrow😉

The breakfast at palm court was very good. Our waitress Mary was excellent. She was friendly and very attentive. I never had to wait for a refill on my coffee or water. I had the yogurt berry parfait it was delicious.

Kase did a great job getting our umbrellas set up on the beach and was very kind and knowledgable! He didn’t hesitate to help us get the items we needed for a day at the beach. It was a beautiful sunny day with lots of availability for chairs and umbrellas.

Jade was very nice. She was nice to my kid too. She taught us how to paddle it was nice. I had the best time out on the paddle boats, and a huge part of that was thanks to Jade she really knows her stuff when it comes to paddle boats - not only is she great at handling them, but she also has a clear and patient way of explaining how they work.
