The staff is the most helpful and welcoming group of people we have come across. A minor check in error made good by upgrading the room to a beautiful beach front view, the friendliest staff: shout out to our ”new to Florida” bartender who seemed to be wonderfully placed at every location we needed a drink whether it was the inside bar that had the most entertaining karaoke, the outside bar, that on Sunday had great live music, or simply poolside where she came by to check on us. And to Christine who made sitting poolside extra fun. She came by daily providing guests with popsicles, bubbles, beach balls, bingo, treasure hunts. Ice cream, etc. for both children and adults. She was an extra special touch! I have stayed here before and I must say that this time was my favorite! Keep up the great work Dolphin Beach Resort!

The entire hotel was very clean and well kept; I attended classes and ate meals in several of their conference rooms and ballroom. All of the staff were attentive and friendly; including registration clerks, the bartenders at both out door bar areas, the gift shop employees, housekeeping, and catering staff. I recommend the Sirata 100%

We have been going to the Don CeSar for 15 years. We like to refer to this as “our place“. We absolutely love it. The beach is not crowded and the beauty of the Pink Palace is unmatched. We have noticed over the years that some things have changed for the better, and some things for the worse, but overall, the  integrity of the Don has remained intact. Highly recommend! 

I also want to use it again next time. The hotel is for tourists. The person in charge of the bed makeup was very nice. The facilities were clean and well equipped.

Logan at check-in of the Rum Fish was the BEST!!! I had another front desk clerk tell me that my room was not ready and he would not be able to provide me with a room next to my co-worker. We drove there together to attend a business conference. While assisting my co-worker with her check-in, Logan overheard my interaction with the other desk clerk and requested that I come over so he could take a second look. Not only was he able to immediately provide me with my room, but he also provided me with a room right next door to my co-worker and they were ocean view too! Logan provided great customer service and was very professional. I appreciated him going the extra mile to provide me with top quality service!

My boyfriend surprised me with a staycation for our anniversary at Hotel Zamora. The hotel is located across the street from the beach and has water views from both sides of the building since it sits on a bayou. The hotel is located further down the St. Pete beach strip, which is nice because the traffic can be hectic closer to all of the hustle and bustle. It took us just a few minutes to walk to the beach, 5 minutes max. We noticed fairly quickly that the building itself looked more like a beach condo than a hotel -- but we both have over a decade in the hospitality industry. First, the pool is located on the back of the property overlooking the bayou which is very pretty, but you have to walk through the parking garage to get to the pool. The other somewhat odd but also kind of cool thing is the way the hotel room entrances are set up -- there are two hotel rooms behind one ”front door” entrance and the front doors are pretty spread out which is more condo-like than a hotel. The concept is pretty cool if you need both rooms as you can have both individual room doors open without having the doors opened up directly into the hallway of the hotel. The room itself was HUGE! There was so much space. It was wonderful. The shower was a nice size and had a very tall rain shower in addition to another more powerful shower head. The thing I loved the most about the bathroom was the small nightlight built into the wall which provided the perfect amount of light for middle of the night use. The highlight of the room, at least in my opinion was the bed. It was SO comfortable -- I woke up the next morning and decided pretty quickly that I wanted another hour of sleep because I could not believe how comfortable I was and how well I had slept. We ate lunch and had an evening snack at the restaurant. Lunch: I had the Z Salad with Grilled Chicken and my boyfriend had the Pan Roasted Airline Chicken Breast, and we shared the Truffle Fries. We both enjoyed our meals. My boyfriend especially loved the chicken dish. Snack: We had spent the majority of the evening on a sailboat and were hungry but not starving when we got back to the hotel around 8:30 pm so we stopped in the restaurant to grab a bite to eat. My boyfriend decided on the Chicken Wings and I opted for dessert -- the Chocolate Orange Tart was divine! It had a cookie crust with hints of sea salt and pistachios. YUM! We aren't big drinkers but since we were celebrating our anniversary, we both got one drink. He had the ”build your own” Old Fashioned -- Knob Creek, Orange Bitters, and Honey and I had the Big Storm Brewing Coconut Coffee Porter which went perfectly with the Chocolate Orange Tart. One space we didn't really get to spend much time on was the rooftop bar but since we are local, we knew we could come back another time. My family and I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete's beach this past August. We arrived just after Hurricane Debby, but the hotel grounds were completely cleaned up. The staff is very friendly, and the pool area, the pool bar/restaurant are great. We had a great room with ocean view, which was a nice perk. The beaches are also gorgeous with hotel cabana's free of charge with the room, and the beaches are wonderful. It feels really Caribbean with the white sands. On our last day, I lost my hat by the pool area, and I want to specifically mention the friendly staff, especially Cassandra, who tried to track down my hat for me, and when not possible, took a lot of trouble to find a similar one and send to me. To be honest, this has never happened to be that any staff took so much trouble to help find and replace a lost item, and it really surprised me, showing how the hotel takes 'service excellence' to the next level. Thank you, Cassandra!

Wonderful staff, great experience. Lovely rooms and amenities! Very clean. Full sized refrigerator was great! Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking as well as dishes and glasses. Happy hour every day with free beer and wine. We will definitely return! Alexis was amazing!
