This is indeed a charming hotel nestled near the picturesque village of Saint-Paul de Vence. Traditional Provençal architecture and stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Location is walking distance to the old town itself. There is parking behind a closed gate which you operate yourself by use of a code. Nice swimming pool with excellent view of the surroundings, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was well tasting and is served in a relaxing atmosphere below the lemon trees. I also need to mention the two really friendly golden retriever dogs, which are basically part of the hotel and adds to the charming atmosphere. The combination of beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saint-Paul de Vence.

Aan ons eerste bezoek in 2008 hadden we goede herinneringen. We hadden terug geboekt voor 7 dagen en onze verwachtingen werden helemaal voldaan. De inrichting, de kamers, de afgesloten parking, het zwembad, het ontbijt, de persoonlijke service, de vriendelijkheid, zelfs mogelijkheid om te dineren enz... alles was TOP. Van daaruit zijn zoveel uitstappen mogelijk: de superwandelingen rond Cap Ferrat en Cap d'Antibes, Èze met de mooie exotische tuin, Monaco, Nice, Grasse, via het mooie Castelane naar de Gorges du Verdon en natuurlijk het mooie St-Paul-de-Vence. Heel veel dank aan de lieve Mara, die altijd voor je klaarstaat. Wij komen zeker terug.

After a long week of travel my friend and I split a suite here to end our trip. We booked a room that had two beds with a door that made it nice and comfortable to share. It came with access to a patio where we could sit and have wine as the sun set. The hotel staff was so friendly and were so helpful in booking us a taxi for our early morning checkout to go back to the airport. Breakfast was lovely and delicious. Make sure to try their homemade orange jam. We spent all day by the beautiful pool where they also came by with menus for lunch. We then took a 10-15 minute walk to the town where we ate, shopped, and had a lovely time. A dream trip and a great price for the experience we had! Merci!

I received a warm welcome and was delighted by my room and the grounds. Very picturesque. It was a bit too cold to use the outdoor swimming pool but it looked very tempting.
The air conditioning unit in my room though switched off made weird noises through the night. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in my room on arrival.

Old charming property. Room is adequate.Light on staircase was not working, it was minor thing but we arrived very late evening so it would have been nice if there was light working on the staircase. Breakfast is simple and adequate. AC in the room worked well. This is family owned so you can not expect many ppl there to serve you for your need. They seem that they do the best they can serve the guests. It is close to the center of the town of St Paul De Vence.
