Erg mooie locatie gelegen op een prachtig landgoed. De terrassen bieden een adembenemd uitzicht. Kamers zijn niet al te groot maar zijn voldoende ruim en hebben een moderne badkamer. Airco is werkelijk top. Alles is aanwezig wat er op dit nivo moet zijn. Restaurant is een van de betere waar we in Frankrijk hebben gegeten. De bediening is top maar mist vakmanschap, vriendelijkheid maakt echter veel goed. Vreemd is dat er helaas alleen binnen diner geserveerd wordt. Tijdens onze bezoeken aan het terras is steeds de bediening verdwenen waardoor we telkens lang op zoek moeten naar iemand die ons kan voorzien van een drankje, dat gaat irriteren na verloop van tijd. Ideaal hotel voor als je op doorreis bent of een paar dagen rust wil. Let wel,... behalve het chateau is er weinig vertier in de omgeving. Het mooie zwembad maakt echter veel goed.

We've been searching the Loire Valley for a hotel to bring a group for an active travel vacation "FitCation" in 2026. We saw a LOT of different Chateaux. Chateau Rochecotte simply blew us away...so much so that we moved our entire itinerary for our group to stay here. We stayed here for two nights in the highest season and felt spoiled and indulged. Our rooms were the "Grand Comfort" rooms, not even their best, but definitely some of the nicest rooms in which we've ever stayed. The rooms were large and airy, with huge bathrooms (tubs and showers), ice-cold air conditioning, and a huge comfortable bed. We dined in the fabulous restaurant, and during the day we spent some time exploring the many acres of property and trails through the woods surrounding it. To say this is luxury is an understatement. Best of all, the staff treated us as if we were VIP's, even though the hotel was full. Carla, one of the family members, not only gave us a tour, but she also graciously sat and gave us many tips for activities to do in the area. Every staff member was kind and friendly. You will feel as if you're special. If you want to be spoiled, as well as have a wonderful base to explore the Loire Valley, do not miss this absolutely stunning hotel.

Nous avons séjourné durant 3 jours en demi pension dans ce magnifique château de Rochecotte. Nous avons pu bénéficier d'une chambre charme située dans le château. Ce fût un séjour des plus enchanteurs. L'accueil a été parfait tout en restant simple et détendu mais toujours très professionnel. Tout le personnel est véritablement bienveillant et chaleureux avec une mention spéciale pour les maîtres d'hôtel, attentifs aux petits détails personnalisés qui font la différence. Le très grand parc est parfaitement entretenu et particulièrement beau et agréable. La piscine est très belle et reposante. Le restaurant, lui aussi, est d'un très haut niveau avec des desserts extrêmement travaillés, très bien équilibrés en texture, goûts et sucre. Les cuissons des plats principaux ont été à chaque fois parfaites et extrêmement maîtrisées. Les assiettes sont très bien construites et on ne ressent jamais de confusions comme c'est parfois le cas dans les restaurants gastronomiques. Le seul petit reproche (mais ceci n'est que très relatif !!! ) concerne peut-être des saveurs qui gagneraient à être un peu plus marquées et accentuées sur certains plats. La carte des vins est excellente, elle aussi. Au final, le rapport qualité prix de l'ensemble des prestations nous a semblé excellent et c'est principalement l'ambiance à la fois très chic et décontractée qui nous a séduits. Nous adressons donc un grand merci à l'équipe qui œuvre pour faire des quelques jours de vacances un moment de plaisir et de bien-être. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Nous avons profité du forfait "déjeuner + accès piscine" un dimanche midi / aprés midi Le repas était excellent et les assiettes donnent vraiment envie visuellement. Le cadre est magnifique et surtout lorsque l'on peut profiter de déjeuner en extérieur sous le cèdre c'est extrêmement agréable. La piscine est trés belle, trés grande et la température de l'eau est parfaite - points négatifs : 45 minutes pour avoir notre apéritif ... et les plats arrivent 2 minutes après... nous les avons fait renvoyer en cuisine ! on nous a annoncé que les apéritifs seraient offert en geste commercial pour le retard, mais ils sont compris dans le prix du menu donc absolument pas offerts ! Pas de possibilité de contacter le personnel lorsque l'on est à la piscine, obligé de se déplacer pour passer commande des boissons

In alto sulla collina, immerso dentro un parco secolare, con giardini ben curati, sentieri per godere delle passegiate che regalano un bel panorama. Il castello de Rochecotte è un "bijou". E bello andarci e starci, nostra camera era confortevole e silenziosa. La cena era da " gourmet " , con ottimi vini, servizio curato e tutto il personale professionale. La colazione ...da " castello " !!!

We have stayed here a few times now, recommended by Brian of Classic Car Tours, who bases a lot of his stays here. This family run hotel is welcoming, beautiful, peaceful and full of wondrous delights, from the decor and furniture to the food. Nothing is too much trouble from the family and the staff. the Chateau is perfectly located to explore the Loire and surrounding area. The grounds are immaculate and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is fantastic. Thanks Pen & Jon.

My experience in the Rochecotte was absolutely perfect. The hotel is extremely beautiful, with a lot of gardens and a pool. Our room was beautiful. We ordered a breakfast to our room, and we received the best breakfast I had ever had. It was Very big, with different types of breads, coffee, and many other delicious french products. It is very recommended.

We stayed at Rochecotte with our two children (7 and 11) for three nights in Apartment 1 (2 bedroom/2bathroom) and loved every minute. The atmosphere is special here, very chic yet relaxed. The rooms are spacious and classy and the grounds beautifully kept. The staff are kind and helpful, we liked how nice they were to the children. We had reserved a table for the first night only but ended up eating here three nights (a la carte). The food is great, both in taste and in look, and they have an excellent wine list. It is a treat to be here.
