Decent. Nothing spectacular. Several amenities were really lacking - room phone and tv were spoilt.

The location of the hotel is remote and the breakfast is terrible for a 4 star hotel. Few choices and no constant replenishment of food. I'm afraid you eat too much. There was only one person working at the front desk. It took an hour to check in for 8 rooms

Long weekend in this hotel started with the sounds of the renovation in the morning, just behind our room’s wall. Problem was solved after second complain and we got another room. Breakfast was ok, not variable, every morning the same. Other services; restaurant wasn’t open at all, neither room service. Maybe wouldn’t come again to this hotel.

One star because there was no choice to leave the review, but it deserves ZERO! STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED, incompetent staff suffering from mythomania, and a scam reception manager. Given the large number of negative comments about this establishment and the 4 stars it gets, move on. I am finally reassured not to have stayed there especially when I read about the presence of bedbugs!!!!

O hotel tem mais semelhança com íbis do que com mercure. Quarto pequeno e não confortável pouco custo benefício pelo valor deveria ter pego um Íbis, ponto forte é o café da manhã e os funcionários.ah o drink cortesia é apenas um drink e do mais barato ou seja a Accor coloca isso como benéfico mas é apenas uma esmola de 2 euros

Très déçu car je souhaitais reserver de nouveau un weekend en Septembre dans cet hotel mais me suis trompé d'un clic et la réservation est décallée d'une journée... Appelé immédiatement mais ne veulent rien savoir car trop tard 'ai reservé au travers de leur application ALL... Donc c'est pour moi ! Je voulais juste remettre les bonnes dates.... J'y étais allé plusieurs fois mais ils ne m'y reverront plus... Aucun effort pour leurs clients.... Incroyable... Fuyez....

Chambre sur avenue, extrêmement bruyante car mal isolée. Très difficile de dormir. Literie moyenne. Fortes odeurs de remontées d’eau (refoulement) très désagréables et constantes. Point positif: personnel de l’accueil fort sympathique.
