Very clean rooms, amazing breakfasts, lovely pool, very accessible for Il de Re, green Venice, La Rochelle, beautiful beaches and several great restaurants. What makes this place stand out from others are Remy and Evelyne. Best hosts ever!! We’ve stayed in this region before with equally good facilities but no where near as friendly and helpful hosts 😊.

Evelyne et Rémi sont adorables et la chambre vraiment agréable. Autant le dire tout de suite, le service est excellent ! Nous avions rencontré ce coupe à Luang Prabang au Laos en 2019. Nous avons eu tout de suite l'envie de venir les visiter ! Notre séjour a été à la hauteur de nos espérances. Je recommande fortement !

Nous avons passé 8 jours fantastiques chez Evelyne et Rémy. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable, et dispose de multiples rangements parfaitement adaptés à un séjour long. La décoration est réalisée avec beaucoup de soins et de délicates attentions. La propreté est évidemment impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique et varie chaque jour pour notre plus grand confort et plaisir. Evelyne et Rémy, en plus d’être charmants et attentionnés avec bienveillance et sincérité, sont de véritables encyclopédies de tout ce qui est à voir, à découvrir et à goûter dans la région et nous ont proposé des activités adaptées à nos envies. Une belle et grande piscine constitue un atout complémentaire de taille, idéal pour se prélasser après une journée bien remplie. La qualité est omniprésente. Nous avons été enthousiasmés par ce séjour d’exception et nous remercions chaleureusement nos hôtes du plaisir qu’ils nos ont apportés et de la joie qu’ils nous ont partagés.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti in questo posto meraviglioso, lontano dalla confusione cittadina di la Rochelle, ma comodo per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni del luogo. Camere pulite e ampie, giardino e piscina ben curati. Là colazione un momento magico sempre preparata con cura. Una menzione speciale ai proprietari Evelyn e Remy sempre gentili e con ottimi suggerimenti.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans un des gîtes et trois nuits en chambre d'hôtes. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et n'hésitent pas à donner leurs bons conseils sur les environs. Le lieu est très bien situé: au calme, proche du marais poitevin, de La Rochelle, des plages et de l'île de Ré. Le gîte est confortable, spacieux et bien équipé. La chambre d'hôtes est très confortable avec petit déjeuner copieux. Chaque jour de nouveaux gâteaux confectionnés par la propriétaire et de nouvelles confitures maison. Merci pour votre accueil!

Que dire de mieux, tout était effectivement parfait ! Le clos des Palmiers est bien situé, dans un petit village au calme, et La Rochelle est facilement et vite accessible. La propriété est impeccable, soignée, et la chambre était spacieuse et bien décorée (L'Orientale). A noter que les 3 chambres de la même bâtisse sont phoniquement très bien isolées les unes des autres. La petite cuisine commune attenante est très pratique. Quant aux hôtes, ils sont très accueillants. Evelyne est adorable, aux petits soins pour ses clients et pas avare d'informations. Le petit déjeuner est royal ! Bref, une excellente adresse pour rayonner dans le coin. Nous la conseillons et y reviendrons très certainement.
