Earlier this year we stayed at what must be the worst IBIS hotel and a disgrace to the name. How refreshing it was to stay in the IBIS St Omer. This hotel is well run, the rooms are spotless and the bedding very comfortable. It restored our confidence in what you can expect from the brand. We would like to give special praise to the staff in Charlies Corner, the bar and restaurant. They work their socks off and are a credit to the company. Furthermore the food and drink are excellent

Lovely friendly hotel. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Meals were good. Beer was good. Location was fantastic. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Be wary of the car park as it's quite small only around spaces for 16 cars. Would return again for a longer stay in future.

The issue is that the Ibis website lists this hotel as wheelchair accessible - it is NOT! The main entrance has several steps with step-free access around the back, through the car park, then through a narrow passage to reach the front desk. The problem lies with the lift to reach any of the upper floors. It is TOO SMALL to accommodate a basic wheelchair with occupant. Advice: contact Monsieur et Madame, who are friendly and helpful, if you have accesibility needs. The room was very quiet for such a central hotel but it was, as other reviewers have mentioned, very small and this did impact on the general level of comfort. However, the room and environs were very clean and a restful night was had. Parking spaces are limited and may be difficult with a larger vehicle. Onsite Charlie's Corner is convenient for an evening meal, good value for money and well presented.

This hotel has the best Ibis restaurant in France , great Chef team, in my opinion. Friendly staff. Great location for WW2 Eperlecques Blockhouse and La Coupole Rocket Factory Museum visits. Nearby Arques Glass outlet centre and amazing River Aa Valley, CTVA tourist railway ( check running days ).

This hotel is in a good, central location, above a pleasant restaurant/bar. When you arrive by car, be aware that on Saturday morning there is a market in town, which makes it difficult to reach the hotel. Parking in the courtyard costs 9 euro per night. The rooms are small, even for an Ibis, but the bed is very comfortable, the window opens and it is clean. Recommended

Parking intérieur avec borne de recharge. Chambre comfortable.
