Very good hotel
Excellent staff, very friendly and hard working. A pleasure to see them all helping one another.
Excellent food, good wine and beer.
Ideally situated for touring in all directions.

We were somewhat disappointed after our 1 night stay for a few reasons. This is basically a modern chain hotel and our room (all grey decor!) was pretty characterless in a stylish French way. The bed was just a bit too small, we removed the horrible plastic under sheet, and I slept badly because the mattress was hard. The bathroom lacked sufficient hooks for towels. Although there were only 3 tea bags (two herbal) and no milk, the receptionist very kindly provided us with more Earl Grey tea bags and a little jug of milk. The paid-for parking was useful as we had a car full of wine. The easy check-in and checkout were advantages. I have reviewed the restaurant separately.

Bien situé, à 3km5 en voiture du centre ville, parking privé extérieur fermé pour 12€/j accessible avec la carte de la chambre, cet hôtel est raffiné, les chambres joliment décorées, un grand écran TV plat, une belle salle de bain avec cabine de douche, WC à part, lit et oreillers confortables, mini frigo, coffre fort, 1 bouilloire avec assortiments de cafés et thés. L'espace petit déjeuner (et restaurant se prolongeant sur une trés grande terrasse extérieure fermée) magnifiques tant par la déco que le mobilier et abondance de produits locaux sucrés salés pour tous les goûts! Une autre terrasse ouverte et parasols. Un ascenseur desservant les 2 étages de l'hôtel. Service pressing

Hotel is lovely and well situated - easy walk into the town and good parking. However, we stayed in a family room with my 2 children (1 & 4) and the hotel staff knocked on our door at 9.30pm waking all of us up. He said the manager had sent him to check and alarm but that it was fine and didn’t matter so don’t worry. As you can imagine I was less than impressed at someone waking my 2 kids up after a long day of travel. I mentioned this at check out and the staff took a whole 15€ off our bill….which was more insulting than anything. Such a shame as up until being woken up, we had a really positive experience
