Hôtel de grande qualité
Dès notre arrivés, accueilli agréablement, grande chambre très propre et calme,avec tout le confort.Petit déjeuner complet aussi bien quen sucré et salé. Hôtel bien situé avec un grand parking,qualité prix très correct

Zéro niveau contact clientèle
Pas de séjour a cause de la tempête qui touche notre pays donc cas de force majeure. Des arreté préfectoraux annulant les raisons sportives du déplacement, l'hôtel m'a quasiment traiter de menteur sur ces arrêté pour ne pas rembourser .. simplement scandaleux

L'attribution du numéro de chambre après réservation internet a été compliquée à l'accueil.
Employée bouillonne et non efficiente.
Le dimanche matin, Petit déjeuner compliquée avec la seule machine à café en panne.
Pour clôturer le tout, intervention des pompiers et de la police, suite à un incident.

Séjour du 12 au 17/08. Réservation faite à la dernière minute. Excellente prise en charge de notre réservation. On nous a même contacté en amont en vue de préparer la chambre. L'équipe accueil au top ! Le must de ces résidences c'est la propreté et le confort des logements. Séjour vraiment agréable car tout y est y compris une laverie. Grande SDB. Équipements modernes. Possibilité de prendre le PDJ sur place. Infos restaus alentours, zone commerciale où on trouve tout ! Grand parking. La région est magnifique ! Et en plus à cette époque de l'année, feux d'artifice dans plusieurs villes. Je reviendrai les yeux fermés. Merci pour cette halte réussie.

No Internet connection, bad weekly cleaning. Low value for money. I hope I was understandable. I have no other words. Really kind and helpful staff, but structure with little capacity to accommodate a high number of guests. Listen to the advice please.

Absolute calm. the cleanliness of the rooms. Breakfast very acceptable. the proximity of the university, the IUT and the CRRTT and the IREENA. proximity to shopping and transportation. You have to walk for about 5 minutes.
