It's a good hotel with lots of facilities. Especially should be mentioned is we only walked five minutes to the cable car station to begin our hiking.

太滿意啦絕對是聖莫里茨性價比之選，聖莫里茨很小酒店就在鎮中心，火車站下來電話酒店馬上來接走的時候送到車站，雖然不遠但是拿行李爬坡挺累，百年歷史裝修古色古香，餐廳很漂亮早餐豐盛，還有游泳池和桑拿房來不及享受，房間雖然不大但設施俱全還有咖啡機，陽台看到一角湖景，前台熱情介紹纜車路線，相比另外兩家五星這家的性價比太高了，冬天滑雪季價格就要翻倍了

This a historic hotel and they tried hard to bake it s great experience. The room was comfortable but the bathroom small and shower glass dangerous. Breakfast bar was ok not memorable. Staff are awesome and location cant be beat,

The location is great, and the room was quite nice ... roomy and clean. The pool was quite nice, but no towels were available at the sauna and pool. Of the four hotels we used in Switzerland, it was the one disappointment. The desk staff was unhelpful with wifi issues, the breakfast buffet was quite poor (tint prepackaged jars of yogurt instead of big bowl with ladles, for instance), and the restaurant food was over-priced and not good. The single elevator ran badly and was often backed up.

What happened to Swiss hospitality, this 4* (??? ) hotel left such a bad experience , the reception staff was nice but the restaurant was horrible, we couldn’t find a place for dinner as they accommodate outside dinners we couldn’t find anywhere to eat elsewhere as all was booked up . The restaurant manager ENZO or ENSO was very rude didn’t even give me a bit of honey for my coffee , breakfast was again super slow Servise so bad we told ENZO we got a train to catch but we had to leave with no food again as our order never arrived , hotel is dated and don’t worth the money , avoid

Was extremely happy with this find. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade and the corner room we received definitely had a WOW factor with the size of the room and wood everywhere with a nice balcony overlooking the centre of the village. Extremely comfortable stay with good service. Forgot to use the shuttle service from the station to the hotel. Did use it on the return and appreciated the enthusiasm of the driver who was carting luggage down a bunch of floors for a large group leaving. He dropped everything to give us a quick drive to the station. Appreciated. Tip: Book directly on the website if you can, saves the hotel large third party booking costs. They will appreciate it.
