Ein rundum perfektes Luxus-Hotel. Sehr stimmiges Design, geschmackvolle Kombination aus Tradition, Moderne und durchgängig hochwertiger Qualität in allen Bereichen - vom Empfang, über die großzügigen Suiten mit ihren wunderbaren Betten, das exquisite Frühstück samt tollem und aufmerksamem Serviceteam…sehr sauberer und gepflegter Wellnessbereich und Pool. Unser Lieblingsort ist täglich die Belle Etage gewesen…Teatime & more. Bemerkenswert sind auch der professionelle Skiservice und -keller, die Fahrer & Doormen aber ganz besonders das Conciergeteam

Great stay
During our stay, we found the majority of the staff to be exceptional in their service and friendliness. However, we did encounter a slight challenge with the concierge. Unlike the rest of the team, his demeanor felt a bit less welcoming, and we often had to work harder to extract information from him.
Typically, we expect concierges to be eager to share insights and provide helpful recommendations.
Overall, while our experience was largely positive, a more engaging approach from the concierge would have enhanced our stay even further.

Sehr luxuriöses Hotel nach alter Schule. Wir besuchten dieses Hotel am Nachmittag zum High Tea. Es war ein tolles Eelebnis mit tollem Service und sehr leckerem Essen. Auch war der Service excelent. Wir konnten auch in deutscher Sprache bestellen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Carlton Hotel. Der Service war herausragend – extrem aufmerksam und immer freundlich. Schon bei unserer Ankunft fühlten wir uns sofort willkommen und bestens. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem erstklassigen Erlebnis ist!

Carlton st.Moritz is special. Visiting for ski, relax and food. Every detail is at the finger tips for these activities. A perfect stay, will be back, thanks to all staff and management. Keep doing exactly what you do, its perfect. Stayed in twin junior suite, and its a perfect home when you are in st. moritz/the Alps.

Have stayed several times previously at the Carlton and prefer it to the kempinski and the more famous Badrutt’s palace hotel as it is a little more low-key with generous size rooms. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful however, the food is not perhaps up to scratch for such a world class establishment.

Trip Advisor was correct! This one is the number one hotel in St. Moritz. The hotel met us at the train station with their limousine service which is included in the hotel services. They gave us a room upgrade and the room and view of the lake were incredible. Everyone in the hotel knows your name and we were treated like royalty. Michael the general manager and his lovely wife could not do enough for us! Timon the front office manager kept a good eye on us throughout out stay The breakfast was incredible and the staff could not do enough for us. They also have a great concierge staff! There are also two incredible restaurants in the hotel. WE WILL RETURN
