We stayed at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz in February 2022 for 4 nights. Located just over 2.5hours from Lake Lugano, this was yet another stay at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz for our Family of 4. For absolutely breathtaking views of Lake St. Moritz, and a warm, private 'home-like' feel the Carlton ticks all the boxes. We had a slight issue driving up to the property, due to the tyres of the car, and the team were able to resolve it, taking the worry immediately away from us, allowing us to resume our short break peacefully. Testament to their professionalism, and prioritising their guest's comfort. There are several things that make the Carlton special (1) the stunning views, privacy and service, down to the mindful quotes that scroll on the TV (2) the food, from Michelin starred Da Vittorio where you will leave more than satiated; to the breakfast in the grand room with views of the Alps; to the home comforts in front of the fireplace at the Carlton Bar and (3) the indoor and outdoor pools which provide you with the utmost relaxation within the spa area. As always, throughout the hotel, the main areas and the suite, seemed to be clean. We would rate the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz a 8/10.

Der Aufenthalt in den Suiten der sind unschlagbar, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind im Umkreis ausgebreitet- es grüßen die schneebedeckten Alpengipfel direkt vor dem Fenster, die Suite selbst dann mit majestätische Akzenten sowohl in der Dekoration als auch in der gesamten Philosophie des Hotels. Die Mitarbeiter sind das Pfund, mit dem das Carlton wirklich wuchern kann, ständig präsent, aufmerksam und dazu mit hochprofessioneller & persönlicher Herzlichkeit.
