First-class hotel: restaurants, room, service - everything is at the highest level! Definitely worth the money. I plan to come back here next year. The exception is the service in the SPA area, which I did not like at all. Here are some points: 1. While we were in the sauna, the cleaning lady took our bathrobes (with things in our pockets!) from the sunbeds and threw them into the basket with used towels. Definitely, this should not happen. 2. Aufguss was terrible. I often had this procedure in Austria and Italy, and this is absolutely not comparable to what happens in this hotel. The master senselessly waves the towel, which makes only him hot. 3. When we came to the SPA area 1.5 hours before closing, the green tea was already gone, you could only drink water. The situation did not change within an hour, then I told the SPA worker about it, and she said that she would tell her colleague. In the end, no one brought the tea until closing. I hope this information will help improve the service in the SPA area, because now it is completely inconsistent with the level of the hotel.

Kulm Hotel deceives its customers by placing different room pictures on its reservation websites. will explain this situation to you with an example. I made a reservation for the Superior Double Room Village Side North room on October 25, 2024, agreeing to pay 4876 CHF for 3 nights. When I arrived at the hotel today, the room they gave me (number 156) was a room that did not see the village, but only the walls and roof. I have included the pictures. It is a room that will make you depressed. So why didn't you mention that on the reservation form if the room did not see the village? If you had written it, I would not have booked that room. Please be careful when making your reservation, otherwise you may have a room with a wall or roof view.

Herr Hunkeler ist ein herausragender Gastgeber. Alle Mitarbeiter sind erstklassig geschult. Selbst die etwas einfacheren Doppelzimmer sind sehr geräumig und es hat ordentlich Platz. Der Wellness Bereich mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht ist der Hammer.

The hotel is located on a hill above the lake of St Moritz. It has a great view to the landscape and offers a legendary service in each of the restaurants, the bar and all the very nice outlets. We spent a fantastic time and felt like home. Everything is well organized and the staff is friendly and delivers the best service you can imagine. Auch mein 2. Aufenthalt im Kulm Hotel war erstklassig. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise alles hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, alles sauber, bequem und wunderschön. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist riesig, mit vielen gesunden Optionen und äusserst lecker. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist authentisch, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal vom Ski-Shuttle, vom Housekeeping und die Trainerin vom Aqua-Fitness sowie Marco vom Core-Blast-Kurs. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

We stayed here for 4 nights to visit the Junior World Championships Skeleton. This hotel will end in our top 3 best hotels we have stayed in! The service is close to perfection especially the concierge desk, everything is possible. Together with beautiful weather we had such a nice days. The only small remark was that the breakfast team had some troubles delivering what we ordered, every day a small surprise with something we certainly didn’t order. Overall next time we have to come in summer to explore the area again.
