We have been visiting St.Minver for the past 10 or so years and have seen certain changes some good, some not so good. Although the accommodation is a little tired, the fixtures and fittings have been updated. Contains virtually everything you need - just need to bring towels, tea towels, washing up stuff etc. The bar/restaurant/showbar areas are looking tired and in need of an uplift. More comfy chairs in the bar would be good as there is already seating areas in the restaurant/showbar. As it is September/October when we visit, there are not usually many actual visitors wanting to enjoy the entertainment and so this area definitely lacks, although the entertainment team do their best to make it fun. Negative: They are now allowing dogs into the common areas and it does not create a calm atmosphere. Smelly, wet, barking dogs are not part of a relaxing holiday. Especially if you have 2 members of your group who are allergic. I do not know why Parkdean have allowed this to happen - I'm guessing it's due to 'Owners' needs and wants, as they are Parkdeans bread and butter after all. Positive: All the staff are friendly and helpful but special mention for Vince, the barman - always greets us with a smile and nothing is ever too much trouble Overall - Lovely low key park, great value for money and great location for Rock, Port Isaac, Padstow, Wadebridge and the Camel Trail on bikes, which can be hired in either Wadebridge or Padstow. Bedruthan Steps, Looe, Polperro and many other favourites are also not too far away either.

The site was lovely. We were disappointed not to get the caravan that we booked. I don't see the point of listing caravans if the one that is allocated is completely different. This has never happened on other Parkdean sites. We always get what we booked. The caravan was clean, and the site was lovely and peaceful

Met with another family group, Really enjoyed the fact that everything was closed and the site is very quiet at this time of year. Explored the surrounding area which is beautiful, if you like walking its perfect. Would definitely try again when everything is open.

We had our caravan sited at St Minver for the last few years (Sept 21-Nov24). The team at St Minver were always very polite, easy to deal with and always listened to what we needed. Mark Ford and Jarryd Burtenshaw stood out, but everyone on the teams were as helpful as they could be. I would temper this with some of Parkdean Head Offices rules and price hikes for the owners were not acceptable, but the team at Parkdean St Minver can't be held accountable for that, and this shouldn't impact anyone visiting such a lovely and friendly site.

We’ve visited this park numerous times over the past 7 years and have always had a great time. The facilities for children are adequate, with the location being safe enough to let them wander freely to explore. The pool is warm and has a sauna. Evening entertainment is steady and reliable, you know what you’re getting with Parkdean and St Minver is know exception. My youngest really enjoys star land krazy. The bar offers typical holiday park beers and some local additions such as rattler and doom bar although not on draught which is a shame. It’s well located around some of North Cornwalls best beaches such as polzeath and daymer bay. There are some excellent restaurants around the area as well decent food stockists such as rock fish where you can buy fresh porthilly mussels and whole lobster which are usually the highlights of our teatime treats We look forward to visiting next year

Lovely location but the lodge we stayed in was quite tiered looking, decking very slippery needed a freshen up. Once inside, we had to remove a lot of cobwebs from around every room, cupboard handles grubby and main bathroom bath not as clean as it should be. Radiators rusty. All the facilities in there were great though ;) entertainment was pretty much non existent in the evening, nothing much put on at all unless you like bingo. Some of the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. Cornwall beautiful and I will return but definitely not to this park.

Had a great holiday here with all the family and the entertainment has been fantastic just wanted to shout out to Joe who has been great to chat with and a all round brilliant guy our child thought he was great and also a shout out to Adam who was the only one who told me about the offers at the bar to save us some money. Definitely recommend we have been here twice now and will mostlikely book again.

Amazing holiday will 100% recommend to friends and family, the daytime and evening entertainment was some of the best we’ve seen in our time going to holiday park, Joe the entertainment manager has an amazing voice! The other staff around park always had smiles on their faces, Sharron in particular always a helping hand when needed! Cannot wait to visit again soon! Joe took a silly photo on my daughter’s phone, enjoy Joe!
