All the staff were Amazing and so helpful. Food was lovely, the service was excellent.

Went for lunch with two friends and enjoyed our food. Beware, without any mention we were slapped with a combined gratuity and service charge of £13.08 on a bill of £59.60. Foolishly we didn't check the bill till after we left. Will not be going there again!

Everything about our stay was amazing and we will definitely go back . The staff , the food , the rooms and especially the view surpassed our expectations . Beautiful location with staff who could not do more .

We visited St Mawes for the first time this October & booked the St Mawes Hotel as a mid week evening meal. The atmosphere was second to none, a live singer downstairs that could be heard throughout the entire restaurant (without being over whelming!). The staff were attentive & personable and a credit to the establishment. The moules mariniere were some of the best I’ve ever had! Well worth a visit :-)!

We are down here for the week and caught the children's Halloween party by chance being advertised on Facebook. What a credit to the staff the hotel and the community it was all eight of us One great grandmother two Grandparents two parents and the most important three children all had a wonderful time there you are all a credit to the area thankyou for entertaining us all

We have been to St Mawes many times over the last few years but had never eaten at the St Mawes Hotel. Last week, we popped in for Sunday lunch and loved it so much that we went back 3 days later for dinner! Great food, with lovely views if upstairs. Super chilled atmosphere and the friendliest staff! Will definitely be eating here again when we come back to St Mawes.
