We chose the Inn at Woodhaven for a two night “Staycation” to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. From the moment we arrived it was clear that this was going to be a great experience. Jeremy and Mark are the true definition of Innkeepers and made our stay extremely memorable. Our Attic Suite accommodation was breathtaking, as was the rest of this amazing property. These two hard working owners have clearly poured their hearts and souls into making this unique house a truly unique destination and to ensure that its fantastic architectural features continue to be enjoyed by new visitors. Breakfast was first class and Mark also prepared an afternoon tea for us to enjoy in our suite. Jeremy is the perfect host and a great resource for planning your activities while in town. We look forward to our next visit and would recommend the Inn at Woodhaven to anyone planning a trip to the Louisville area.

Inn at Woodhaven truly is a haven that reminds us to slow down, smell the roses, and pay attention to the beautiful details. The innkeepers are truly masters in their craft, and pour their expertise and tenderness into each aspect of this beautiful B&B. I felt incredibly refreshed and tranquil after experiencing the hospitality of Inn at Woodhaven. Very grateful for my days there, and I look forward to going back!

This is the third time I have stayed here since 2020. It is one of the absolute best places I have ever stayed. It is a piece of history and yet has all the amenities travelers want! The owners are attentive, kind and fun. Louisville is a charming town to visit! Bravo for the Inn at Woodhaven!

We had a wonderful stay at the Inn at Woodhaven for our bourbon trail trip. We stayed in the rose room and it was very comfortable. Location is safe and within 15 minutes to many distilleries. Mark and Jeremy, the hosts, go above and beyond. Amazing breakfast too!! Would recommend this place over a hotel stay! Can’t wait to go back!

We spent 3 delightful nights at the Inn at Woodhaven, our third visit! This is a historic gem that has been renovated and meticulously decorated and preserved by Jeremy and Mark! We stayed, once again, in the Derby Room - it is cozy, warm and private! Jeremy and Mark are gracious hosts - friendly and attentive! Mark’s breakfasts are delicious and creative! A memorable stay! Don’t miss it!

The Inn at Woodhaven is a perfect spot for anyone looking for luxury and comfort. The house itself is stunning. It has been masterfully designed to show off the gorgeous architectural details and also to provide the most comfortable, lush spots to rest, to relax, to unwind, and to connect with your traveling companions or just to yourself. The innkeepers are delightful-warm and knowledgeable. They offered recommendations on restaurants and the sights as well as homemade cookies! The gourmet breakfast offerings and homemade pastries were incredible. I cannot recommend the Inn at Woodhaven highly enough. It is the only place that I will stay in when I return to Louisville.

When we arrived, one of the owners, Jason, gave us a tour of this beautiful home, built in the 1850s in the Gothic style with 14-foot ceilings. We stayed in the Rose Cottage, adjacent to the main house, with a comfy king bed, sitting area, big bathroom with a shower and tub, porch and adjacent garden with a tinkling fountain. Entering the cottage required only a few steps. It was beautifully decorated, quiet, comfortable, and cool. After a long day of car travel, we didn't want to go far for dinner, so Jason referred us to Mesh, a local eatery where we enjoyed one of the best meals of our entire three-week road trip from Virginia, to New Mexico and back. After dinner and back at the cottage, we enjoyed a glass of sherry from the decanter on the fireplace mantel. The next morning, we took breakfast in the dining room of the house (beautiful). Unlike many other inns, we were able to order from a limited menu. The apple-caramel coffee cake was out-of-this-world! I wish we could have stayed longer.

Simply amazing experience at Inn at Woodhaven - the accommodations were excellent, each detail well thought out, and the location is simply stunning. The inclusive breakfasts were an excellent start to each day and the cordials were a great night cap. One of the best B and B experiences we've ever had.
