All these 5/5 reviews for Inn at Woodhaven are NOT exaggerations. We stayed here for 5 nights and the hospitality was FLAWLESS from start to finish. Every detail has been attended to; the breakfast options are insanely better than any fine hotel, and they even iron the pillow cases!! This is unequivocally our go-to place to stay in Louisville. We give it ten stars! Thank you Mark and Jeremy!

We were a group of friends visiting from Florida for bourbon tastings and we throughly enjoyed ourselves. So much history and charm in every room. Stunning! Loved the tour. We stayed in the Hearth room. Very grateful for the fireplace and robes since it snowed. I want to thank Jeremy and Mark for their hospitality. Homemade pastries in the morning and cookies in the afternoon. Made to order breakfast in the most beautiful dining room was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend.

Check-in to check-out couldn't have been better. Built in the 1850's, with tons of original hand-crafted architecture, this is a rare gem managed by amazing hosts. Attention to the little details (homemade cookies, breakfast made-to-order, bourbon tasting) throughout. We WILL be back...again...and again! FYI...If you get to eat out, you won't find a better dinner than at Mesh, which came highly recommended by the hosts. SUPERB!!!

Highest recommendation for Louisville -- We go to Louisville a few times per year and try to stay at the Inn at Woodhaven. Wonderful place to be while in Louisville. Jeremy and Mark are great. The breakfast is the highlight of my day! Conveniently located on Hubbards Lane.

What a wonderful fairytale stay! We had an attic suite for our babymoon. I can not imagine any better place for the occasion. Our suite were decorated in a “hobbit inspired theme” with arched doors and huge bathroom with a bathtub-jacuzzi! Our host Jeremy was very pleasant and kind to let us check in early. We had an electric kettle (it is rare in hotels in the US) in the room and could make our morning and evening tea without leaving the room. So much reminded me some place in Europe. Overall it was a fairytale-spa like experience and excellent choice for our event. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The Inn at Woodhaven was a wonderful place to stay. Jeremy, the host gave us a fascinating tour. Everything was perfect down to the last detail including complimentary sherry in each room.

Beautiful B &B. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Jeremy and Mark are wonderful hosts! Very accommodating. Great food. Varied selections for breakfast options. Large selection of bourbons for the tasting. Will definitely book again if in the area.

This little getaway in St Matthew's has always been great but with the new ownership it has turned into an annual MUST do! The style is a bold Gothic look with comfortable antique furniture and brand new beds. There is such attention given to every detail and such friendly service from the Innkeepers that your experience will be great. If you're considering stays in Lousiville, are a fan of great breakfasts, and hate hidden charges, this is the place for you. All charges are accounted for on an invoice that you receive weeks in advance, no checking in and getting hit with an unknown security deposit. Please give this place a go whether you're traveling, or local and need some quiet.
