3 BR Mountain Log Cabin at St. Mary's Glacier

Snow mountain If you’re looking for a nice cabin up in the mountains this is it. We booked a trip in late spring and the place was still 3-4ft deep in snow.

Loved our stay in the mountains! Beautiful property, we had a wonderful time! It is a long drive up the mountain but worth it once you are up there. So nicely decorated and cozy, the beds were so comfortable. We skiied during the day and played games and watched movies at night. It was so perfect. Thank you!

Well stocked in a great area The cabin is at high altitude, in a quiet area. There IS some construction on new cabins in the area, so be prepared for a little construction noise. Lots of wildlife, squirrels, rabbits, birds, etc. Didn't see any deer or moose. We suspect hammering noise perhaps scares them to a different area? Thus cabin is VERY well appointed and well stocked. 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, washer and dryer, Keurig and Mr Coffee coffeemakers and a dishwasher. NOT a lot of nightclubs or bars nearby, nearest groceries are about 12 miles away. You CAN get trout there if you have bad luck catching your own. Best if you want to relax, hike and experience nature. With 3 bedrooms and a loft, it is a great place for a group to bring kids and explore Colorado. I don't recommend kids below 10 years old, since I wouldn't want a young child to fall from the loft, it would be quite a fall. Host is responsive and available. Overall a great experience. ONE LAST THING. If you have breathing problems, this is above 10,000 feet. It might NOT be right for you if you have problems at high altitudes. Remember, pilots are required to use oxygen above 10,000 feet.

Great Stay Property was just as advertised! Property managers were extremely accommodating! Plenty of beds and space. Kids loved the loft.

Once in a Lifetime! We had an amazing time at the cabin. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Great hike up to St Mary’s. The cabin was great and allowed us to spend some quality time together. Was great for all of us from great grandmas on down. Location was spectacular. Very secluded feel but yet close enough to all you could want.
