竟然沒有客房打掃！完全沒有每日打掃，很震驚！酒店spa不讓孩子進，我預訂的時候就是衝著jacuzzi 給孩子定的，住過超多酒店，有的對孩子限制時間，這家完全不讓進，且需要預約，能約的時間一天衹有兩個，並且！額外收費！作為一家4星resort每天300歐元左右！這個真是算差的……
風景不錯 沒有優點了……

Le cadre magnifique gagnerait à être valorisé par un accueil plus chaleureux et des informations autres que des mails que nous n’avons pas forcément envie de lire en vacances Le rapport qualité prix du petit déjeuner est à re questionner Pas de personnel en salle Réponse laconique de la réception à une demande manque de fruits de saison Literie confortable et cela donne envie d’y revenir

Неплохой спа-отель на высоте 1060м над уровнем моря в полутора часах езды от Ниццы. При отеле есть ресторан (кухня не очень), спа (не посещал), бар. Номер у меня был просторный, с террасой. В целом, обстановка приятная и умиротворяющая, вид на горы я очень люблю. Было бы здорово, если бы еще был предложен открытый бассейн.

Notre week-end a été plus que réussi grâce a la qualité du service proposé par cet établissement.
Les locaux sont irréprochables, tant en terme de confort, de propreté ou encore d’esthétique. Le personnel, aussi bien à l’accueil qu’au spa, se montre chaleureux et attentionné. Le rapport qualité prix est à mon sens justifié ! C’est sans hésitation que je reviendrai et que je recommanderais ce séjour.
Il est possible de se restaurer sur place, mais de nombreux petits restaurants se trouvent également à 2min à pied. L’emplacement est idéal, et le Parc Alpha, situé à 15min en voiture, vaut lui aussi le détour !
